CVS

I have never been to a friendlier pharmacy. I dealt with a pharmacist who was originally from India and a young female assistant with dark hair and black-rimmed glasses and was treated so graciously and efficiently. I watched them deal with a customer who was a bit out of control and they never lost their cool and treated him with patience that is so uncommon today.

We visited CVS specifically to use coupons and our cashier graciously helped us make the most of them. We appreciated her help to make good deals even better.

Bushnell CVS pharmacy staff, Pharmacists and Technicians alike are both the kindest, knowledgeable and most professional CVS pharmacy team both my husband and I have encountered at any CVS store in Florida. We made the switch from the Brooksville CVS to Busnell CVS after ongoing issues at the Brooksville location. Brooksville has major personnel issues in their pharmacy. Their is a technician in the Brooksville location who has serious attitude issues with customers and it is not any one in particular, it is everyone she encounters. This technician ,Brooksville, makes derogatory comments about customers to fellow technicians as well as to her Pharmacist cohort Ali. CVS Corporate should use the Bushnell Broad St. store as an example of how a professional pharmacy teams works, not only on customer service level but on making sure they have their stock maintained and their genuine concern for their customers and community. Bushnell CVS is how I remember old Florida Pharmacys as. Thank you Busnell CVS, your staff is awesome.

I suffered a knee injury and could not walk, or drive. My amazing mother had to come pick me up and our first paln of action was to get crutches, while we wait to get into Dr. She called CVS to see if they were sold there and Genie (the store manager) offered ones left by an employee and insisted my mother come and pick them up. The service here has ALWAYS been great, but what Genie did put a smile on my face, even with the pain I was having. THANK YOU Genie!!!

I use this CVS for prescriptions often and have also taken COVID tests through the drive-thru. Happy with the service at this CVS! The turnaround time is great.

I get my prescriptions here...however they have a variety of necessities. Like shampoo or body wash.

Both the manager, and the sales clerk was very helpful for my exchange

This CVS is very clean, efficient and convenient. It is literally right down the street from where I live, I did use CVS as my pharmacy for a few years and they were pretty good for me at the time.
