The staff was pleasant and food was on point. I had the country fried steak which was quite yummy. The butter carrots were kind of gross. The spicy pintos were absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here.

The history of this building is pretty amazing and sad. Relics of a time in history where Villa Rica suffered.

Looking forward to my next visit and seeing if there's anything else on the menu I may enjoy.

My wife and I ate here last year for our anniversary. Everything was excellent. We like to support our local business’s and their owners. This was our first time also. Our only problem is it would be nice for them to be opened on Friday/Saturday nights for dinner.

Such an amazing place to go for breakfast! My wife and I try to come here as often as we can. The food is always perfect and the staff are incredibly nice. I'm ready to go back already!! The biscuits and gravy are amazing!!

I really like this place. It's down home cooking and breakfast specials really hit the spot. The service was on time too. And I didn't feel like I was forgotten once my food was delivered either. The dinning area was clean and moderately crowded, which told me others like it as well. And the prices were reasonable too. I will definitely be going back. Hope you all check it out as well.
Went back to this place this morning (03/2020) and got the exact same great service and a meal that was so very good. Nothing about the Chat and Chew is second class. So if want a good meal with excellent service visit the Chat and Chew. You won't be disappointed.

Stumbled upon this place headed to tanner medical to visit a relative and it's amazing. Had breakfast and the sausage gravy is so good! Was so good we brought our parents back for lunch!

I actually have never been. Very diverse menu for lunch. I had blackened yellow fin tuna plus sautéed squash and onions and pineapple coleslaw. My daughter had Cajun shrimp with pimento cheese grits. The entrees were excellent.

One of my favorite places in VR. They have an amazing menu of unique entrees and sides. Staff are always friendly.

Had the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Eggs,perfect potatoes,perfect. Ribeye, perfect. Biscuit, like Grandma's. Service, outstanding.

One of the absolute best places in town! We would eat there more frequently if they were open on weekends. We're relocating and this local place was at the top of the list of have to before we go.

They hit the spot for my family and I. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Well plated and proportioned. So excited to have found one of my new go-tos for Villa Rica. This will be a regular spot for me whether its take out or dining in.

First visit, was very good. The 3 ladies were slammed and it was hard on them to keep with their tables and register too. The food was all very tasty! We will return!

Great local restaurant in historic Villa Rica, GA. Rustic, old-style 50s decor with wood floors. Entirely new menus daily. Deceptively down to earth and comfortable atmosphere with first rate cooking. From down home country meals to sophisticated menu options, everything at the Chat & Choo is excellent. The staff are attentive and friendly. The prices are reasonable. HIGHLY recommend. Loved the place!!!

We were greeted by friendly staff as we walked in the very well kept nicely decorated restaurant. The menu has a nice assortment of breakfast items but that's not all the serve. They have daily specials that will make your mouth water. I was pleasantly surprised with this little gem. I'll be telling everyone I know about this little treasure. Great service, great food, great atmosphere.

Absolutely blown away by this place. I'm a professionally train chef so I can be quite picky.not only was this restaurant cozy and adorable but they figured out how to do things properly. They have a menu that offers a wide variety to choose from, but that is also concise and not overwhelming.
I was easily able to find options that worked around the food allergies, and the two entrees that I tried tasted phenomenal.
Pricing was also very reasonable and the staff was super friendly.

Will definitely be making the trip back soon.
