I recently inherited the house in Delray Beach that I grew up in. My family has owned it for 40 years; and nothing has really been done to it for 30 years. My partner and I decided to move into the house and have it completely renovated. Since I lived in Tampa at the time, I wanted to hire a contractor I could trust. We hired RENOVA Contractors because they had the best reputation and reviews in the city… great work, good prices, and are very trustworthy is what we were looking for. They honestly assessed the situation and told me what I should and should not do. The renovation turned out AMAZING… it is not the same house I grew up in any more…it truly is our brand new home! When I was at our restaurant in Tampa , someone we knew brought in a couple that just moved to Delray Beach. I explained we were moving back and mentioned who was doing the construction work to our home. The couple strangely knew of RENOVA and had actually used them for a commercial renovation they had done and agreed, they are the best contractors in Delray Beach. (small world lol) We are forever grateful and will recommend you to anyone we can!

We contracted in early 2023 with RENOVA to do a major remodeling of a condominium we purchased in Boynton Beach. Although the project took a month longer than we had hoped (1 1/2 months), the results were excellent. The project included a complete kitchen redo as well as the master bedroom and bathroom and the other 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, plus much work on the rest of the condo. We were very specific about what the final look should be and RENOVA was able to meet these expectations. The quality of the workmanship was first rate. The subcontractors were all very skilled and helpful. The project manager Brandon was always available and responsive as were other members of the RENOVA team. It was a huge undertaking and of course there were bumps in the road but the issues were resolved fairly, smoothly and quickly. As with all projects like this, there were post completion minor issues, which they continued to follow up on. Finally, although the original quoted cost was exceeded by roughly 10%, this was primarily due to our changes in materials. All in all a job well done!

We hired RENOVA to undertake a complete renovation of our kitchen in our 40 year old historic home in Delray Beach. This work involved removing the entire existing kitchen and rebuilding a new kitchen from the floor up. Extensive work was undertaken including removal of a structural walls, re-routing of plumbing, electrical and duct work, removal of asbestos and installation of new cabinets, flooring, lighting and built-in appliances.
We were extremely impressed with the entire team. Todd is a thoughtful and kind person and an expert communicator. He provided us with a detailed quote for labor and supplies and focused our attention on the key issues involved in the renovation. He was able to reassure us about the project we were undertaking immediately. Todd was transparent with us about the potential issues we would encounter in undertaking an extensive renovation of a kitchen in an older historic home and he was reassuring throughout the project;  Todd and his team were proactive and presented mitigation strategies for our consideration whenever we encountered issues. Todd brought with him expert sub-contractors and a professional and courteous team. You could tell that everyone associated with his company did their job well and were willing to go the extra mile to deliver an excellent product. His team kept our home clean and livable despite the extensive nature of the renovation project. Todd delivered an exceptional kitchen and stayed on budget. He made many suggestions about products/fixtures we were considering as well as flooring, cabinets and new doors. Many of his suggestions focused on how we could make our home more environmentally friendly. Towards the end of our project Todd went beyond the call of duty and coordinated all aspects of our work with our cabinet and countertop installers.

Our project was a complete remodeling of 3 bathrooms and full kitchen that were 30 plus years old and very dated- formica counters, hot incandescent lights, faded fiberglass showers and less than perfect fixtures. All three were gutted, minor structural modifications were made and updated cabinets, counters, lighting and fixtures were installed. Todd Pinkston, Jordan, Jennifer, Humberto and crew developed a strategy that would allow us to have full use of a bathroom while they did the demolition and installation of new materials. Those logistics were critical and they had the work scheduled and accomplished perfectly despite several permitting challenges. There were no false starts or undue delays because Todd planned ahead and subcontractors were scheduled to coordinate with the arrival of materials and products. The subs were always congenial and timely! They paid close attention to details and were also accommodating each time we came up with some additional task - and there will always be some. We thought their work was professional, clean (even though it involved trekking to two upstairs bathrooms on a daily basis) with every detail completed. Todd has a team of in-house crews and subcontractors that are all excellent tradesmen and a rapport with a wide range of businesses and suppliers that all helped move the project along efficiently and quickly. We especially appreciated Todd's focus on our job and sharing the same goal we had of getting a great job done in a timely manner. Of course, what makes that possible is getting the design, shopping and purchases on site when they are needed. Last but not least, the final budget was right on target with the estimate and the cost of our add-ons were fair, reasonable and agreed upon. My husband and I were referred to RENOVA Renovation Contractors by a respected delray beach area real estate agent, and have just completed what we consider to be a major renovation of our home. Our experience with the RENOVA Renovation Contractors  was absolutely enjoyable every step of the way. Their professional, yet friendly approach made our project fly by. I highly recommend RENOVA Contractors for any building needs you may have. In February of 2022 we sustained a fire in our office building located in downtown Delray Beach Florida that required a complete gutting and renovation of the entire building. From the very first meeting, their Project Manager Brandon, was the voice of calm in a very chaotic and stressful situation. He worked directly with our Insurance Adjuster, keeping us from having to do much of anything. Curtis, their lead supervisor, did a fantastic job helping us decide on a new layout for the office space, and we were able to have more finished areas than before. Their ability to help keep the costs down, coupled with the quick turnaround was very impressive. All the RENOVA employees were super nice and seemed to really enjoy what they do. Even the sub-contractors and in-house crews they used were very helpful, skilled, professional and accommodating. There isn't a single thing we have noticed that indicates they cut any corners, nor did they promise anything that wasn't delivered. In fact, just the opposite, they outperformed their promises. There is no other company we will even consider if we are in need of a major renovation project in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience with these guys! I had a contractor leave me high and dry in Boca Raton, so I switched to RENOVA Contractors based on a recommendation from a buddy of mine and they have been so great across the board. Brian and Andy are both very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, very quick to respond, hard working, etc, the list goes on and on. The work was done in a fast and efficient manner, even though it was during a very busy construction season when they were slammed with so many other bigger projects. Brian and Andy stayed in touch daily, even though they weren't always at my job site every day and if needed, I could always reach Jennifer, who runs the back office side of things. RENOVA's team did an awesome job, and they know how to hire good people, which is a huge part of running a successful operation. Best experience I've ever had with a general contractor! RENOVA WAS FANTASTIC!!! We did a major renovation and actually moved out of our home for 3 months while the construction was going on. We essentially gutted our 5,000sf home in Delray Beach. Bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor sun area and porch areas and swimming pool. We even took one of our downstairs bedrooms and built a beautiful home office for my husband with custom everything.  I have nothing but fabulous things to say about this experience.  Their entire crew top to bottom could not have been more talented, professional and we all got along sooooo well.  I have done many renovations, remodels and construction projects over the years and these guys are by far the best General Contractors I've ever had the opportunity to work with. I strongly recommend talking with them if you are thinking of a renovation of any size. You absolutely cannot go wrong. Terrific people and we LOVE our home!

Going into this renovation, we had heard so many horror stories about all the things that could go wrong – projects dragging on forever, going way over budget, or just having shoddy work that needed to be replaced – so we were really bracing ourselves for the worst. But working with Curtis and the team over at RENOVA the final product of my home and overall experience was the complete opposite of that. All pricing was transparent and fair, the quality of the workmanship was absolutely top notch, and to my surprise, the bulk of the work actually finished early. Through all of it Curtis was extraordinarily professional, diligent, responsive, and kind hearted, taking the time to help us through design decisions and offering helpful advice without ever making us feel pressured. We really felt like we had a trusted partner in the process who just wanted what was best for us, which was really helpful for a first-time renovation project. When our master bedroom and bathroom on the second floor flooded, we decided to remodel since it was over 20 years old and very dated. We called many contractors who never returned our calls, and then got RENOVA's info from someone in our neighborhood that had used them for a home renovation. On a Saturday Curtis picked up the phone! He even came over the following day, which was Easter Sunday, to assess the damage. That customer service was over and above what we had expected, and we knew they were the contractors we wanted.
Curtis has an enormous depth of knowledge and experience in the construction business who is down to earth and extremely detail oriented. We had never done any type of remodeling before and were nervous. However, we didn’t need to be. He provided everything for us including a design architect, appointments with vendors to pick out materials and ideas on how to handle issues that arose when our old floors and walls were opened up. Curtis was a life-saver in helping us pick out items that fit within our “look” and providing suggestions on what might look best. Curtis demands quality from all the vendors/subcontractors they use; they absolutely will not settle for less. This is exactly what you want in a great contractor. The end result is a master bedroom and bathroom that is even more beautiful than we could have expected! We would recommend them for any building or remodeling.

My first experience with my home renovation was tough and time-consuming. Deadlines were missed, the quality of work was off and I was disappointed. After this experience, I decided to hold off on the remaining renovations I wanted to complete in my home.

I highly recommend RENOVA. I have done work with many companies in the past, but I have never had as positive of an experience as I did with RENOVA.
