Have never had an issue with service or maintenance with this shop. Actually, they have gone above and beyond to work with me and help me with my vehicle needs. Even worked with my insurance company. I have been going to them for over a year now with several different vehicles, all issues that never became an issue again. Fair and honest pricing too. I believe they should be paid for the work they put in and I still can't believe how great they are!!

I came in with for estimate on tires and got reasonable price. Next day i got flat, Tim the owner ordered tires installed donut so i could get to work and then on Monday put the 4 new tires on my car, gave me time to pay due to fact i get paid biweekly he worked with me. I totally love this place and recommend them.

If you are looking for an honest Owner/Mechanic who will do a good job and stand behind their work this is the place. I have been going to Big Orange since 2011 and have never been disappointed. As a business owner myself who is honest I really appreciate Moe and Tim's honesty and reasonable pricing.

Came in without an appointment for a nail in the tire. Staff was friendly and checked my tire within 20 minutes even though they had other cars on the racks. Thankfully, no flat and a surprisingly small bill for the service! highly recommend!

I broke down right off of I75 and was on a business trip that left me 2 hours stranded from where I was going.

I called first thing in the morning, Ray answered and was very accommodating. He had a full schedule but was able to fit me in. Ray and his team made quick work of my shot starter and got me back on the road the same day. Saved me a hotel room and got me back home in time with dinner with my family.

Truly grateful for their help.

I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced at Big Orange since I moved my RV to Bushnell so I could be near my baby granddaughter (2021). Regular maintenance as well as the big stuff for my ‘run around town car’ (has over 200k miles now, runs like a champ). The owner, Tim, is a native of the area and takes pride in the work he and his guys do.

Tim got me scheduled and repaired fast. Needed front brakes, roters, and a caliper. Prices very fair.

I called on a Friday for an oil change appointment. They said come on in now. The oil change took less than 1/2 an hour. The staff were kind, polite and efficient. Please give this business a try. Fantastic service.

We needed quality diagnostic skills to find an engine problem with our vehicle. We were directed to see "Tim" at Big Orange Tire & Auto Service. We were not disappointed on our visit yesterday. He just had to test drive and listen to the sound and went directly to and then fixed the problem where others spent time and my money with no results. We are so happy, as Tim and the staff were very friendly and most accommodating. The cost was minor, and we were out in no time. The shop was clean and well run. Will return for regular maintenance as they are honest and very considerate.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. What great people you have working here! I was an hour from home when I needed a new tire and I'm not familiar with the area. I called and the lady that answered was my angel for the day. Thank you so much for suggesting a tow company and getting me back on the road so quickly.

Kent with Sumter Cars and Trucks set up my visit with them to repair a cylinder misfire. They are amazing! My car was done same day. I appreciate their work. 😊

These guys are absolutely outstanding and honest. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Moe and his top mechanic Tim. Had my 2005 F150 and my 2007 mustang gt worked on and tuned up in addition to new tires. They also repaired some of my gas powered lawn equipment. They are reliable and stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks Moe and Tim for the fine work.

I'm new to area and my car started to make a horrible noise, I stopped at the closest shop and was told it the brain/ main computer. After spending close to 300.oo I took it to Big Orange Tire, within a minute I knew they were not sales people.
Later that day I was informed it wasn't the brain it was the engine. I was told they would happy replace the motor but would it worth it.
I asked how much I owed them, it was pennies compared to the amount of time they put into it
I've been back to their shop two more times, they will have my business until I'm on the other side of the dirt

Gave them 5 stars for their help and honesty. We thought our truck needed aligning but they checked it out and said it wasn't needed. Not many businesses would pass up the opportunity to make money. They put the customer first.

Friendly fast service. A nice clean tire shop that looked to have most trailer tires in stock. I would definitely go back if in the area.
