My wife and I have just moved to Georgia and this was my first visit to this location. The two associates who assisted me were wonderful. I retired from a customer service industry and was amazed at their work ethic and ability to relate to customers. My wife and I will definitely return and recommend this store.

Excellent service from Edwin and the girl at the print desk, I’m sorry i didn’t get her name. They were both very friendly and helpful. I got home couldn’t figure something out and Edwin invited me to stop back so he could help me solve the problem. He did! I’m very grateful.

Edwin is the best help !!!!!! He saved me on a last minute job . We need more people like him

The General Manager, Angelique, could tell I really liked the corner desk and Shaquille O'Neal Amphion chair (wow--this chair feels amazing). The sale price was about to expire on both but I didn't have the funds till the next week. She offered to hold them for me at the sale price. She was attentive, intelligent, professional and kind to me. We've seen a lot of customer service deteriorate over the years, but here, they haven't lost the art of treating a customer well.

My experience was awesome. Ms. Anjeleke was amazing in helping me find the right product to give to my potential clients. My motivational speaker credentials was brought to life with the help of Anjeleke and staff at office max Office Depot in Valdosta Georgia. Thanks again office max team.

Very very professional the work is perfect. They take time with you to get yours project printed and copied. All staff is friendly

I needed some letters for a poster. I was able to find exactly what I needed, at a reasonable price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! I was in a rush, with my toddler in tow, and they helped me get in and out in less than 15 minutes. I stopped in to use the xerox machine in their print center, and the associate working the counter was very sweet and handled each customer with care. We also needed to grab a few items from the shelves and being unfamiliar with the store, they easily pointed out which aisles I needed so I wasn’t wondering around forever. The front cashiers were also great and one kept my toddler entertained while I checked out. Highly recommend for all your office/printing needs!

This place is my go 2, it's so easy to just send in my paperwork and then be able to go pick it up without incident or any kind of issue makes my life so much easier!

I received excellent customer service. The attendant was very cordial and very knowledgeable. She made my shopping experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

The associate in the print shop very professional and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. They had calendars and day planners I have looking for. I even found an Epson scanner I will end up getting.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We have been retired for some years and not up to date on a lot of things. The staff always helps us find what we need. We really appreciate the patience, understanding and helpfulness of their staff.

I love office supplies (call me quirky) but I especially love this particular Office Max; it's like a home away from home. Thanks Valdosta for keeping them alive, you just don't get the same experience with online shopping. smileyface

We recently visited this store to look for our options on printers. We had a concern while shopping that we were being "watched". I voiced this in a survey about our recent visit in an email survey. The very next day the manager called me and was very understanding. He did tell us that they have a young man with special needs that is employed there and understood our concern. It was all a total misunderstanding on our behalf. Having a special needs child myself, I find it very heartwarming and hopeful that they help out by employing special needs!! We will definitely be back and shop there more knowing that this store actually cares about our community!!
