La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Port Orange / Daytona

We've been coming here for the last 4 years. It's our halfway point and the location is good. It's not the newest hotel as its outdated but, it's clean. The main reason we keep coming back is the staff. Our first stay Ashley took great care of us and she has been ever since. The people at the front desk right down to the cleaning staff are all great. You won't regret staying here.

When I called to book my room yesterday , a lovely woman named America took my call.
She made booking and check in simple and quick while being professional, pleasant and helpful.
This was especially appreciated because my traveling companion,Fabienne , was diagnosed with malignant cancer and has had a rough time. I wasn't sure how much time the good Lord will grant us,so I decided to bring her to her favorite beach.
I always travel with my dogs, so I make sure there's a La Quinta at my destination as well as along my route. I have stayed at this location too many times to recall.
It's close to the highway, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and the beaches are minutes away.
I have always found it clean and reasonably priced. Hot breakfast is good and the staff has always been helpful.
I know there are other hotels in the area, but this one is our "go to"

Due to a last-minute change of plans, I needed to find somewhere to stay till the end of our vacation, and this place was amazing!! Everything was clean and the staff were awesome!! My dog was able to stay as well which was a total bonus!

Staff was friendly the moment we came through the doors. Cozy inviting lobby. The room was nice and clean. The bed was ok. Basic complementary breakfast. Waffles, bagels, eggs, bacon and cereal. The only thing I didn't like was that the parking lot seemed a little small. Restaurants and convenience store within walking distance.

The hotel staff goes out of there way to make everything enjoyable for everyone. Clean hotel and adequate breakfast for the price.

Traveling with a dog can be a difficult experience. Only because most hotels and motels do not allow pups and the ones that do are not what I would consider nice accommodations. This property was happy to let us bring our pup. The room and property were spotless and in perfect repair. The front desk staff was over the top friendly, allowed us to check in a few minutes early and even provided a room near the elevator and door to a walk area. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and all of the amenities of Daytona Beach and Port Orange. Highly recommended!!! A++++++++

I was on a trip with my dog. Rooms were quiet, clean and breakfast was good. Full selection including bacon, eggs, cereals, etc. Many eating places within walking distance and also within a short drive. I felt safe walking my dog after dark.

My wife and I stayed at LA Quinta Inn & Suites in Port Orange for two nights. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and their breakfast is hot and ready to eat by the prescribed time.

4th Floor is absolutely spotless, I love Lisa’s work. The new employee Yolanda at the front desk on nights is amazing, she treats everyone with love and respect and really cares about the hotel. I’ve seen such great improvements in this past year, and I’m proud of Ashley and Joanna’s continuous work on trying hard to make the hotel run as smoothly as possible.

The staff is very nice. Quick to check you in. And will take care of you as if they are your family. This hotel is fantastic. A must stay for anyone traveling through the area. Worth every penny spent.

Rooms were clean and great! Staff was very friendly and if we ask for something like towels they would get it for us no problem. Breakfast was great they had bacon, eggs, toast, potatoes (seasoned). Bathrooms were cleaned! Try out the pool and hot tub was great! I also like they had a no smoking policy if someone does smoke then there’s a fine for it. I’m only saying this since I went to a hotel before and it smelled so bad of cigarettes. I would be coming back to this hotel and recommend it!

I have been staying at the hotel April 12th and nothing but wonderful service. All the staff is super friendly and speak to you when they see you. The number one employee was for sure Latonya. she goes beyond to help you, speak to you and makes sure you have everything you might need during your stay. she 100% deserves a raise and a promotion. They other employer I believe is the GM she is very friendly and helpful. I stayed with my two dogs, grand daughter and my husband and would recommend hotel and service to all. thank you

The employees were all great and helpful. It was 10 min from our destination and lots of restaurants all in walking distances. Our room was very clean and the housekeeping was so good. Thanks especially to Lisa cleaning the 4th floor 😊

Very nice staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms! Very pleased. Only downfall is close to highway and you hear the vehicles. Also first time seeing a spot reserved for veterans which is greatly appreciated as I'm a US Army veteran myself.

The hotel I still under renovation, but there isn't much left to do. Our room has been comfortable and it looks great. The rooms aren't huge, but appropriately sized. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The staff has been courteous. Overall, we've had a very pleasant stay!

Hotel was beautiful and staff was amazing. Ashley was so helpful in directing us to great restaurants and beautiful locations to visit while we were there. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Daytona, as it is only a 10 minute drive from the beach as well!

Although the hotel is under renovation everything was wonderful. The staff was very nice and attentive. The pool and hot tub were good. Our room was clean and well stocked. The hotel is a bit buried behind some retail buildings but not hard to get too. A very pleasant experience.

My fiance and I had an amazing stay here. It was nice, no roaches , no mess. Considering the fact that they still had alittle bit of renovating it was clean. We stayed in one of the newly renovated king suite w/ jetted tub. It was great ! Fresh breakfast had me full! The employees were genuine and nice. We will be coming back to stay in the future. Plus they allowed pets and thats a Big plus for us !

We had to spend couple nights at this place, when I moved to Florida. The rooms are nice and clean and also comfortable. Staff was very friendly, especially the front desk lady, I believe her name was Ester. She kept the place clean all the time. Always smiling, always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this place.
