I can't say enough about Washington Street Motors. Chris and the Mechanics go above and beyond to make their customers have a clean and safe vehicle.
I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 91k miles. Chris got me an extra year on the 4yr warranty to 5yrs. Not only that, my Jeep ended up needing $5,000 worth of work in parts. That's not including labor and shop overhead. 2 parts were on back order and shop manager(I believe) didn't stop looking. Found both parts and overnighted them both. I believe the shop manager did everything in his power to overnight the last part needed to finish my jeep in 4 days. My father was a mechanic for 40+ years. I understand how difficult it is to find parts. I highly recommend everyone to shop at Washington Street Motors. They took care of everything.

I bought a 2016 F150 at Washington Street Motors and was extremely satisfied with my entire car buying experience. I worked with Chris and Justin. Chris made the buying process seamless and quick. There was no haggling and the price was below KBB with the options. I had a concern with the trucks rotors after I bought it and Justin immediately told me to drop it off and he would take care of it. Justin quickly had the issue fixed and ensured me that when you buy a vehicle from Washington Street motors you are family.

Bought my first car from the Ryan family about 7 years ago, still running great. I cannot recommend them enough as they have continued to help maintain the vehicle through oil changes, inspection stickers, and recommended minor repairs. Excellent service, friendly staff and competitive prices at this family-owned and operated establishment! I brought our car for an inspection which was completed quickly and they also put our new plates on at no extra cost, they've definitely earned a repeat customer!

UPDATE!! Picked up my 2015 RAM 1500 last Saturday. Absolutely love this truck. I got a great deal, and a decent trade in value, and so will you at WSM!! Chris and Justin had the exhaust completely redone for me to close the deal. Some say the prices are to high here, I say you get what you pay for. Once again, thanks guys.

I have never been joyed the car buying experience but I have to say Washington Street motors was absolutely amazing. One of the Salesman Chris left his home at 9:30 at night on memorial day weekend open up the shop to show us in the car we fell in love with. Who does that? Every time I have mono or at least a vehicle I have always felt like I was being tracked but Chris was so honest so transparent so dedicated to our happiness we didn’t even negotiate the price. No it was a totally fair price and I only wish I had more money to come back and buy another car.

After visiting 6 dealers i was blown away!! Justin greeted me shortly after i pulled into his lot. Not your typical dealership. Justin was very friendly and helpful. I have lived in Weymouth for the past 6 years since moving from the north shore. While in Weymouth I really had no one to do my mechanical work on my vehicle and my wife's vehicle. From the first time I met the Ryan family and their mechanics, I felt comfortable with them working on my cars. I found them to be very fair and clean plus respectful of my property, not to mention a clean shop setting and attractive display in their lot. Just a few weeks ago I had extensive work done to my Nissan Altima, "exhaust manifold, catylitic converter, Y pipe". I had to drop it off in an emergency without even notifying them. They contacted me with the issues and what needed to be done with an honest estimate. Knowing this was going to be a very big task to do, I trusted their work ethics and determination to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Finding friendly and helpful service is becoming more and more thin today. I have recommended Washington Street Motors for friends and my family for their car repairs.
