Jacob was great! Had an appointment for an estimate on a repair, as I had received one from the dealership where I purchased my car that seemed way overpriced.

Not only did I get a price that was a third of my dealership’s estimate, he was able to source my part locally and get my repair done within a few hours.

I have some other preventative maintenance coming up that needs to be done, and without question I’ll be coming back to this location. Great experience overall!!

Went for a few electrical problems on my car and to replace my headlight and they were fantastic the whole time. Guy at the front desk was super helpful and all around a cool guy. They told me they weren’t the best option for my Subaru wires because someone else had gone in and messed with them but they gave me some solutions I could do and told me about a place that would be good. still did my headlight quick when I brought it in. Super honest and very helpful would recommend them! Always recommended me what was best and didn’t try to just take money from me love them!

They gave my car a thorough inspection and documented everything they found really well for me, with pictures. The service was pretty quick for not having an appointment, and they were kind to drive my car to the curb so I wouldn't get too wet getting back in in the rain. Jacob was also very diligent about explaining different options, why I would or wouldn't need xyz, and how to best care for my car moving forward. Thank you!

Replaced my damaged chrome Resonator on my Charger with my own new part. I just came by to get an estimate on the work, and it was close to closing time. They completed the job in less than an hour. It was done professionally, and they explained the procedure, and even brought me into the shop to see what had to be done. The price was somewhat reasonable, also.

Only the best for my car. Meineke on Canton has gone above and beyond. They have fixed my brakes at a lower than competitive price. Warranties included. They are HONEST and fair! Will tell you everything upfront and never push an upsell. Get what needs to be done efficiently and quickly with an appointment. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Everything was perfect! The price was amazing. Even a video run down sent to my email of what was done and recommended repairs. No pressure, friendly with a smile from the reception to the thank you for coming in! I will be back. Everyone cared for my car just as much as I do! No more dealership repairs! Meineke all the way!

Jacob was so informative & transparent I really appreciated the experience here at Meineke & with him. I highly recommend this location, my car was fixed quicker than even I expected & throughout the whole process he called & gave me updates of any changes. It’s much appreciated since now a days your own dealership won’t even do that!

In the past, I have had questionable service here (slow wait times, aggressive upselling, etc.) however, the service quality has improved tremendously in recent times! I took my car in for an oil change and Jacob (the technician who assisted me) provided great customer service and had me in and out pretty quickly. Overall, my experience was positive and I recommend this location!

Jacob was awesome to work with. When I went in, he was quick to come to the front and greet me. He was professional and hard working ( seriously someone needs to find him some technicians to help with the work load ). During the repair, Jacob was responsive and thorough, and thanks to him I had my car back within 48 hours ( repair was done within 24 hours, but I couldn’t pick up due to scheduling conflicts ).

Things to know before going in: There’s a company policy where they cannot work on cars 25 years+ old. Also, diagnostic fee is about $100 and is due up front.

I’m a first time driver and car owner— needless to say I don’t know anything about cars. Jacob and Danny were an absolute Godsend in helping me navigate the unexpected challenges I was having with my vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning if things arise in the future!

Went in for an oil change today and they were extremely helpful and did the work quickly. I even came a little before they opened by mistake. They were still kind and welcoming.

The staff at this location is amazing! You can tell they truly care about the service they provide as well as the customers themselves. The tech that worked on my vehicle, Leo, came out to explain any issues he found on my vehicle and took pictures so that I could also see the issue for myself. His passion for working on cars definitely shows through his work… I will most definitely be returning!

Good shop, nice crew. Always tries to get me in and out as quick as possible. In a great location and lots to eat and do while waiting on your car.

I was actually impressed that they opened a little early.
While this trip I was only there for an oil change they did look into a few issues I was having with my truck at no cost, and let me know there was nothing wrong.
They could have recommended expensive service rather than the simple solutions they gave me.
I would highly recommend them
