If I could give Dr. Eric Andrist 10 stars I would. BY FAR the best ENT I have seen in years! I akin him to the GREAT Dr. John Burson who practiced with him until his retirement. Dr. Andrist listens, is very straightforward, and he does everything possible to help patients get WELL. He is a skilled doctor and a skilled surgeon. I am extremely thankful for him. His staff is friendly and helpful, and I have never had a long wait to see him. GREAT JOB!

My fiance and I were here just the other day. We were both confused about the negative reviews. Dr. Andrist was extremely professional and knowledgable. We felt very comfortable in his care. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Wait time was very minimal and the entire visit, including x-rays was less than an hour. If you want results, Andrist is your man. If you want your hand held, maybe try elsewhere?? Personally, I'd rather have knowledgable, accurate care.

My family has been seeing Dr. Andrist for years. He and his staff have always been great to us! I definitely recommend him.

When I called for an appointment, they had an opening the next day. Office staff was great and dr Andrist explained his findings simply and to the point.

Dr. Andrist and his staff are the best. He’s so personable and takes the time to educate you about whatever is going on. He’s literally changed my quality of life. Great place if you have sinus or allergy issues!

I am very happy with this ent I am so glad I happened upon on this ent. The doctor is to the point ,friendly , doesn't mine answering questions the nurses and hearing test lady are all so friendly with their smiles and stuff. I have been to other ent that wasn't at all as pleasant as this one.

This by far is the worst ENT I’ve ever gone to coming from Miami Florida. I’ve only dealt with the best doctors. This guy said here it took almost $34,000 from my insurance and now his office refuses to see me for a follow up. They also refuse to fill out my paperwork after Dr. Eric told me it’s not a good idea to go to work in these conditions. I’ve sat there and watched them treat people that don’t look like me Totally different. Of course the entire office will deny these claims. I remember Dr. Eric telling me he gets bad reviews when we first met the nurse that does the allergy testing. Is the sweetest lady ever but everybody else in that office deserves to be fired I’m so disappointed and upset with the treatment that I receive. I called to ask to have my records transferred to another doctor that works in WellStar. They immediately became upset and agitated. Because I told them the treatment towards me was disgusting. The lady on the phone told me she’s not gonna allow me to talk to her that way which I could care less because I spoke the truth if you’re thinking about making an appointment you better think twice

Dr. Andrist isn't good with kids who have autism, he's very impatient. He has no bed side manner and disregarded our feelings. He kept telling us everything was fine and that there was no problem even though my son had a really bad ear infection. And my son keeps getting strep and denied us of having his tonsils removed. They second guess the parent's and the manager does too. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have to agree with the other commenters. Dr. A has no bed side manner and comes across condescending. I came to him because of chronic ear infections. I explained the history (because he didn’t bother asking) and that I just got over another infection and was prescribed antibiotics, a steroid and antihistamine. When he looked in my ear, he said there was no fluid and that my hearing test came back OK. Well obviously…. I just explained I was on prescriptions. The issue is WHY I keep getting fluid build up and infections. He said my PCP doesn’t know what she’s talking about and that I probably never had any ear infections. As if I don’t know what an ear infection feels like. He just doesn’t take the time to listen or investigate. Never asked me questions just made assumptions and was rude. Now I have to go get a 2nd opinion and another referral from my Dr, who was also annoyed with the feedback. Waste of time.

Was referred to this office from my PCP for an issue that should be a simple fix. One that even my regular doctor agreed needed to be seen by a specialist. The dr I saw completely disregarded my feelings and made the issue seem insignificant and that he would fix it “if I really wanted him to.” It was like we were having 2 different conversations. I’m Seeking a second opinion because I was not at all comfortable with the lack of bed side manner I received today. Go anywhere else if you want someone to care.

I went for severe pain in my ears as well as significant hearing loss, and he checked my nose before he even checked my ears. After a test, the doctor here told me to my face that I was faking ear pain and hearing loss, then shrugged his shoulders and told me I needed therapy because I was only looking for attention. My hearing is only getting worse, and the pain is awful. I would never recommend them to anybody.
