Bally Nails

I would not deny anyone else's experience, but mine has been WONDERFUL! The staff is friendly, professional, and capable. I have had both SNS manicures and gel polish pedicures done by different techs. Each one has done an EXCELLENT job. I especially love how long my pedicures last. It seems like perhaps the staff has made some improvements since the bad reviews from months ago.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about! My friend and I came here the other day for a full set and a fill in and we were very pleased with our experience! The place was very nice and welcoming, it didn’t smell like chemicals, the customer service was great and it was very affordable! Looking forward to coming back.

Bally is the best nail salon in the area .Ive been going here for the past 2 years , every 2 weeks faithfully.They have great customer service , and they do beautiful nails.All the techs are patient , they make your nail experience very welcoming with great conversation.They are clean and they also give suggestions.I would highly recommend ❤

Thank you Steven. We had a few laughs and the service was quick, easy and relaxing! The part that made the experience better for me is that he acknowledged a mistake In the polish of my big toe and let me know he would fix it and was able to do so without removing the polish. Other places I’ve went in the past I feel would have not said anything and hoped I didn’t notice if I didn’t say anything. I will definitely be back again. :)

I've used them for over a year now and absolutely love the staff..... Tia is who I go see and she does amazing work..... I always leave there happy......

It’s been a while since I stopped getting my nails. I started back over the summer and really enjoy the colors and the way they look. I get dipped acrylic and it almost feels like my own nail.

I used another nail salon for over a year. They changed owners so I set out to find another nail salon. Came across valley nails there's a young lady in there that is amazing. I'm not sure of her name unfortunately I've been several times now for a manicure nail dip now art and a pedicure. The pedicures they're good and very meticulous but the young lady that does my nails again is amazing. I don't think there's nothing she can't do. I went in there the first time and she redid my nails they were amazing it was a black powder dip with gold flakes beautiful this last time I went I had showed her the previous time what I wanted done she took a picture of it I came a week ago and she did it exact. I go next week and she's going to do a beautiful Christmas art. I recommend them highly recommend them I will not go anywhere else

Best place around Temple/Villa Rica/Carrollton/Bremen to get your nails, toes, or any waxing done. I’ve been going to Bally religiously since they opened this location (before I went to the Smyrna location which is equally amazing) and I am never disappointed. The prices are great and fair and never vary and any service I get is always done to perfection. Stacy, Tracy, and Brian are my favorites, and Maya is wonderful also! If you aren’t already going here, YOU NEED TO.

They took time out to say hello despite being busy. The level of customer service is great! My daughter enjoyed her first manicure at this location. We will be back!

I drive from Douglasville to Villa Rica to Bally for my nails. Both Tia and My both are very sweet and fast.

this place is amazing! they are so nice & my nails look amazing! i didn’t have an appointment and when i got there i didn’t even wait 10 minutes. very happy!

Wonderful place and great people. All the staff very nice and did a great job on my nails. This is my 3rd time here and will continue to come back. 5 stars all the way!!!

The entire time I was there someone was sanitizing & cleaning the salon... I have thick azz skin I've been a chef for 33 yrs and concrete floors, burns & cuts are hell on your limbs!!
The young men working on my hands &feet where so polite and kind.

Just had my second manicure here and it was even better then the first, which was great. The place is super clean and Covid safe. The staff are professional and friendly.

Nail technician Tracey did my pink and white nails COMPLETE justice! She was very professional, yet approachable. I will be returning.

If there was 100 stars, I would rate them. However, as for the previous comment, I was there and it didn’t go down as she reports. Give credit where it’s due. Keep the up the good work Bally Nails.
