I bought 3 cars from Elhage Auto group within the last 3 years and could not be happier. The first was a Toyota Tacoma, 2 months ago I bought a Nissan Rogue for my daughter. She loves the car. This month I bought a Ford Escape for my son who is getting his license. Mike is easy to deal with, and the service was exceptional. I have no reservation recommending ElHage Auto Group if you are in the market for a used car.

I bought a gently used Mazda 3 from Elhage a couple weeks ago. My experience here was honestly great! I've been to a lot of smaller car lots and my visit here was easy, transparent and relaxed. This is definitely a well-run family business. They gave me plenty of time to check out the car I was interested in. The pricing is very fair on all their cars. Their doc fee is good compared to other dealerships ($299) and it was very easy working with Alia on pricing and getting all the documentation sorted out. They are only a 20 minute walk from the North Scituate commuter rail stop, so getting to Elhage is relatively easy. I recommend checking them out if your in the market for a solid used car.

I recently bought a Toyota Matrix from Mike, and it was an excellent buying experience. I am new to Massachusetts, and this is the first car that I have purchased since 2003 (was living abroad, license had expired). They were very helpful as I got my insurance and new registration sorted out, and they were very genuine in their support and interactions. The value of the car was exceptional; indeed, I drove to Elhage from Amherst (in the rain) because the price was such a good value. I also want to note that their fee was 295 usd, which is around 500 lower than other dealers I had spoken to. I absolutely plan to check their inventory at Elhage when I (or acquaintances) are looking for a vehicle in the future,. Really a great interaction.

I am very happy and impressed by Elhage auto group. I had been looking for a Car for many weeks I let mike know what I was looking for and he called me back to show me a beautiful Mercedes S550, this car was for my mother and she couldn’t be happier!!! Alia did all the paperwork and we just had to pick the car up plates and registration and inspection were all completely done !!!!! So simple and fast !!! I will be shopping here first next time and save some time!!!

They have great options for cars and will get the process done fast!!! Awesome customer service!!! Have Qudiar detail the car, he does a great job! Friendly people and super professional. Cars go fast so if you see a car you like, grab it or it will be gone!!!

Recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra for my daughter. The experience overall was excellent! No pressure sales tactics. The staff was very respectful. The vehicle was clean, in great shape and a good value for the price in my opinion. I was told about all of the items that were worked on prior to being sold which included oil change, brakes, and routine maintenance. I personally ran an OBD scan prior to purchase and there were no issues identified. They even picked the car up and provided an inspection sticker and registration. Overall great experience. I recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to check this place out. You'll be able to see the difference when you meet the staff and you won't run into what is atypical at some of the larger dealerships.

Just bought my mini here, love it soooo much! Test drove last Sunday and it came home with me within a week. Mike is really nice!

Working with Michael the owner and his wife Alia was a great experience! Michael went out of his way taking time out of his schedule to bring us to a mechanic with a lift so we could look at the vehicle from underneath. He also helped find an inspection station that was opened on a Sunday that would work with my schedule. Alia handled all the paperwork for plate transfer, new title, and registration. She even got the vehicle set up with a good add-on warranty that will cover any major repair for 1 year. It could not have been easier! Overall, you just don't expect this level of personal caring or attention from a used car dealer . . . in fact, it's a rarity based on prior experiences I have had. And the vehicle purchased was exceptional. It is solid and runs and drives well for a great price. I will be returning to Elhage Auto Group again in the future!

What a great experience! Michael and Alia were great to work with. Fast, friendly, reliable, and they really stand by their vehicles. Their cars are reasonably priced and in excellent condition.  They took care of registering my car for me and the entire transaction went as smooth as glass. It isn’t everyday you come across such lovely people as well as honest, fair, and knowledgeable. We were very lucky to find this used car dealership, and right around the corner from us. Michael is very honest, the car price was very fair, and the family helped us tremendously with all of the insurance and registration details. I highly recommend them. We've had two excellent experiences buying cars from Elhage Auto Group. We purchased a Mini Cooper and a Nissan Versa and could not be happier. The treat you like family over here and he is very well versed with making sure that you get the car in tip top shape. Bought a 2010 Acura TL from Michael this was my very first car purchase and this is the best service I have ever received. From the start where I purchased the car Michael made me feel like home and family and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. He went out of his way to go above and beyond to make my car shopping process as smooth as possible and after I bought the car he added a few extra things and did some extra work out of the kindness of his heart.
