If you're in Braintree and need a pick-me-up, this is the spot! They rotate specials, food and drink, and all the various coffee flavors are delicious. It's got a cozy vibe with comfy couches and good music – perfect for relaxing. The staff is super friendly, and the coffee-themed decorations are perfect. It's my go-to weekend treat, sometimes I even visit twice.

I live in Quincy and drive out of my way for this place that’s how good it is. Coffee flavors are brewed and roasted with beans not just added syrups. Pastries are all homemade and delicious…. You aren’t chugging water after since it’s high quality ingredients. All the people that work there are friendly and fast. Space is nice for meeting a friend or working. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Delicious home cook soup and sandwiches. I love their sausage sage and spinach soup. Mmm mmm good. Haven't tried their breakfast sandwiches yet but I will. Love stopping in for a awesome cup of coffee on my walks around town. Nice hidden gem...pop on in...you won't be disappointed!

Had a Tomato, Mozzarella and spinach sandwich on multi grain and it was delicious. Was hoping to try some lemon chicken tortellini soup but they were all out. Definitely give this local restaurant conveniently located on Washington Street in Braintree a try.

Was in the area for work and needed a spot to grab a bite and work. The Casual Cup Cafe was just perfect!

I had a delicious iced coffee (maple french toast) and the thanksgiving sandwich. Both were great.

It was quiet in there, but the atmosphere was good and the music was on point.

I will definitely return if I'm in the area again. Thanks for giving me a great spot to waste a few hours.

We were on our way to a different breakfast place, when we happened to walk by this cafe. The wait was long at the other restaurant so we decided to just try the Casual Cup Cafe. We were so happy we did! We ordered egg and cheese on an English muffin. We also order a hekla pastry because we were super hungry. Both were yummy! My husband ordered a hot coffee and said it was just the way he liked it. I ordered a raspberry lime rickey and it was also perfect! They said they make their own natural raspberry mix, and that it was not made with any syrup. We're both glad we stumbled upon this place and definitely plan to stop by again in the future.

Great place, while there is not a finer or more delicious cup of coffee poured on the South Shore (every cup that I've savored has been outstanding!). The interior decor is also cozy & stylish, providing this warm & relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Cute local coffeeshop! The drip coffee was great, a smooth medium roast that hit the sweet spot between strong and easy to drink. I asked about vegan food, and the lady was super cool and made me a hummus veggie wrap. She said she likes to keep a vegan soup as well but was out today. I'll just have to come back another time to try it!

The space/vibe was good for getting some work done. Just a heads up though that electric outlets seemed to be limited to a few at the bar seating.

Adore coming here! All of the coffees are blended fresh with no added flavor shots, and so many options to try!! The food is healthy and made to order so I always feel great after leaving- and even the sweet treats are fresh baked!!

Amy, the owner, is an inspirational woman who will stop at nothing but to deliver amazing food and service to her customers. Her staff, all of them, are amazing. I have never experienced anything other than top notch service. The only thing I would say that is a negative..... is Amy's home baked desserts have put a couple pounds on me..... they are AMAZING and negative side is I can't stop eating them LOL and positive is they are YUMMY. I am proud to have Casual Cup in my town!

Great place! its a woman owned and hand built business, had a chance to meet the owner who explained the beautiful artwork , flooring and decor was done by her and her family. the coffee here is delicious and is served with meticulous care to what you want. The baked goods are delicious and its an ideal location for a meeting or a friendly get together. we were there saturday and while most if the foot traffic was taking to go we decided to stay and learnt a lot. I would suggest stay and dont forget to tip the staff for all the small things that they do to ensure you have a good visit

Moved to Braintree about a year ago. This cafe is probably the best cafe in all of Braintree. Good breakfast sandwiches, good coffee and lattes. Overall consistently great. Being from more in the city of Boston I’ve my fair share of many breakfast/coffee shops and The Casual Cup is the only cafe in Braintree/Southern Quincy that delivers the best.

Absolutely awesome environment, casual yet upbeat. The staff are very friendly and personable. The coffee flavors are delicious and food is awesome!!!!! The owner is usually on site and definitely loves her business. I want everyone I know to come here and have coffee and food with me as our "usual spot".

I love The Casual Cup. It’s a cozy spot, with a good selection of drinks and food (plus gf bread and bagel options). There’s 2 hour free street parking around the block, which is great. If you are stopping in Braintree it’s a nice place to visit!

Amazing little cafe with exceptional service and great food!

First time going here today! Went for a team meeting and totally loved the atmosphere. Grabbed a Red bull Rickey which was delicious! Awesome place to grab a coffee, bite to eat and hang with friends. There was a super small group of ladies there who were having a small bday for their friend and thought that was such a cute idea! Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

This place is absolutely awesome! The most relaxing place to grab a breakfast sandwich and relax in the most comfortable eating area I have ever seen. It’s like a coffee shop in a movie, it’s perfect. Everything about this place you will love, I promise.

The CC is Great, cozy and stylish, and serves just about the finest, most smooth and tastiest cup of Cappuccino that I've ever had, as it went down too Good.
Altogether a wonderfully cool, trendy, hip, stylish and spacious coffee shop, one whose ambience is calm and perfect, and whose interior is relaxing and cushy, while its decor is beautiful and refined. Love it!! Highly recommended! And their Cappuccino is the best, soothing, creamy, tasty and thoroughly satisfying as I found it to be. Try it!!
