CVS

This is the first time I visited the store. The 2 women working in the pharmacy were so helpful and cheerful. The pharmacist who administered the booster shot was great! I felt absolutely nothing from the needle. Thank you!! Definitely will return for future vaccines to this location.

This is a small store, and the selection of merchandise isn't as good of a variety as the larger stores. The pharmacy closes REALLY early, and for me personally, it's incredibly inconvenient. However, what the pharmacy lacks in convenient hours, they make up for in quickness. They have rarely taken longer than 20-30 minutes to refill a prescription. If it's a scheduled refill, it's ready less than a half hour after they open. So, if you're in need of a pharmacy for a quick in and out, this is the place!

I cannot agree with many of the reviews here. I live in Braintree and have been using this pharmacy for over twenty years. The staff has been always polite, friendly and efficient. I truly cannot remember any incidents where I had to wait excessively or failed to have answers to my questions. I have also received a flu vaccine there which was very easy to obtain without any wait time. Parking can be tight at times but there is a frequent turn over rate so waiting for a spot has not been much of an issue. The staff has checked with my doctor in cases where medications were not covered and too expensive. This was done without me having to ask them to do it. Unfortunately the days of the old "Ma and Pa" stores seem to be over. However, given that CVS is such a big chain, I have no issue with this store and my needs have always been met.

They always have what I need and get my prescriptions done in good time. The employee range from nice to neutral. Not excellent, but it gets the job done.

Most staff actively avoid their job and are rude to customers for no reason. Very unprofessional location, especially the Pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS location. They keep changing their pharmacy hours. The pharmacy closes at 7pm. Which pharmacy right at the heart of the city closed at 7pm. It’s ridiculous. Will stop prescribing my medication at this location.

I was trying to purchase a spray for men at this location. I was not aware, or advised, or didn’t see any sign that I should not try how the products to see how it smelled before I make my purchase. The staff who helped me open the block , kept saying that I not supposed to try how it smell before I purchased, even though when i asked her she said it’s fine ?! Very disappointed !

I agree with many of the post here. Jon is so rude. He could care less about finding out why there might be a problem with a prescription and interrupts when you talk. The front of the store staff is so much nicer. Wish I could get my prescriptions from them!!!

For the actual store part of this CVS is has barely anything. Minimal selection on all essential things, razors, lotions, drinks etc. Took 10 minutes to get someone to open the razor case bc the one employee was chatting w someone at the front end and couldn't hear the bell announcement that I was waiting. Now CVS is pushing some pay for coupons programs. All set. Won't be back here. Take the extra drive and go to another location or chain altogether.

I don't live in Braintree, but I was in the neighborhood and needed some aspirin, so I pulled into this CVS. Right next door to them is a pretty little church, with a statue of Our Lady in front of it. All along the CVS parking lot adjacent to the church are signs reading "NO CHURCH PARKING. YOU WILL BE TOWED." with a subscript warning of a minimum fee of one hundred and some odd dollars.

Just down the street I found a Rite Aid with very friendly people working there and plenty of aspirin for sale.

WORST CVS OF ALL!!! THEY JUST LEAVE YOU ON HOLD. JOHN, THE PHARMACIST IS SO RUDE!!! I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM FOR MY MEDICINE!!!

Can anybody tell me why it takes well over an hour to fill a script??????? Not just once but ALL the time, 😡
