I ordered a 3-piece with mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. Everything was super fresh! I was extremely surprised. Thank y’all! I will be back!

My sister and I went there for lunch. We had the hot and spicy wing meals. The team member who took our order was very friendly and professional.

My order was accurate, delicious and fairly priced! I was only in line a total of 5 or 6 minutes from the sign til leaving the driveway! And the team was friendly

I stopped by this location on 3/10/23 after getting off work because I was craving some mash n gravy. I do not know who the crew was that was working but they gave me the best customer service I had experienced in a long time. The food was fresh and hot the workers at window were so friendly and quick who ever worked on 3/10 Night shift at 8:30 pm give them all raises and my mash was soooo good hit the spot exceptional job 😋 I want to only go back when they are working.

I stopped coming here cause their service wasn’t even service it was just flat out rude ahh employees talking to you crazy…
Anyways I came back today Perry was the manager and she took good care of me much better than the old management so I’ll be back.

I will visit again because of the hospitality, food and the atmosphere.

I decided to give this place a shot, even after reading the reviews. First off the kitchen manager by the name of Bob gave outstanding service with a smile! Next was a young lady by the name of Alanna. She was very polite and was super helpful when she took my order. I got a $20 meal. The food came out fresh and hot and I probably didn't wait no more than 7 minutes maybe. Outstanding service, outstanding leadership Bob! This is how you turn things around for the better. Thank you for making this location great again!!

They told me it would be a long wait for my food, they ended up having it ready very quickly. They had everything I ordered correct and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to eat a little slow at times but that won't be the case for long we need help we are looking for good hard working team members so if you are close to the Jefferson area please come by and submit your application starting off at a very good pay rate see you soon

This location happens to be a KFC / taco Bell this particular location also is notorious for slow service well they haven't changed I do notice that every time I go in there are the new staff servers last couple of times I've been in there I noticed that management has changed as well I don't know what the problem is with this particular location but they just cannot get it together why are all the other fast food restaurants KFC taco Bell like quick or should I say fast as in fast food but this particular location just cannot put fast and fast food now if I was sacrificing fast for better quality that would be okay quality is not very good either this last purchase at this restaurant I bought two steak quesadillas and they had lettuce in them who puts lettuce in a quesadilla? I would have given this particular facility zero Stars if I could because they have attempted and attempted and attempted with nothing but utter failure to serve the public and their customers without any success whatsoever I do wish him the best of luck and hope they turn around because KFC and taco Bell are two of my favorite fast food chains...

I went threw the drive thru very nice gentleman meet me at the window. I got a bucket of chicken and sides. It was fantastic.

The manager was awesome he asked me would I like to wait for some fresh extra crispy chicken I told him no problem he surprised us with cinnamon biscuits awesome

Delicious! KFC delivers once again. The Famous Bowl was well made with fresh ingredients, and the cookie was soft and gooey.

Super fast drive thru... and I ordered enough to feed 6 folks! Amazing!

There was a new young man in training. It was only his second day but he did a very good job. The food was very good too.
