The owner and his wife are very nice and friendly people. They were very timely in their quote to replace our damaged roof. Their quote was one of the lowest we received out of 6 quotes.

Their crew were here within 24 hours of us letting them know we wanted them to work.

They were very responsive every time I contact them with a question and were very helpful. Their work is excellent quality. They are very easy to work with.

The whole experience was great. From the quote on the roof installation to the install itself. The entire staff was friendly from the owners to the installers. The job was done in a timely manner and the work quality was excellent. Clean-up after install was great with the crew removing all the old materials and making sure all nails were picked up around the house. Gutter install was the same quality and the same great experience from the quote to the install. Tucker Exterior has my business from now on and I encourage people to give them their business if they are looking for quality work done for a reasonable price and done in a timely manner.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Tucker Exteriors. Eli walked us through the insurance process, and answered any calls or texts with questions we sent his way. I was blown away with the speed in which we were scheduled and completed. We dropped off our initial payment on a Friday, and we had a new roof installed by the next Wednesday. Our day-of contact, Corey was awesome to deal with as well. He was on time, courteous (even though I forgot to move my cars for him and caused a delay), and communicated with us every step of the way. I was amazed with the speed, quality of the work that was completed, and the state in which my yard was left at the end of the day. I was fully expecting to pick up nails for some time in the yard, but there was ZERO trace of any nails or debris. From beginning to end, the customer service, and final product were amazing. I would recommend Tucker Exteriors in a heartbeat.

Tucker Exteriors painted our house and shed, stained our deck and shed ramp, stained our concrete porch and replaced the double doors to the shed. Our first in person contact was Keith, a lad back soft spoken friendly type guy. We were impressed by his professionalism, friendliness and honesty. Within a day we got his estimate and contracted to have the work done. When the crew arrived Eddie, the Foreman(?) introduce himself and we knew we had done the right thing. He was professional and friendly, but mostly he was in charge. He got the job done! His entire crew was professional and friendly. When they finished we were extremely satisfied. However they were not finished. They came back to install the shed door and proceeded to do clean up and touch up beyond expectations. We would, and already have, recommended Tucker Exteriors to several friends and relatives.

We used Tucker Exteriors to paint our house. From start to finish, it was an awesome experience. The crew was on time and tidy, the office was very prompt with correspondence, and the price was very reasonable. We will be using them in the near future for our roof replacement and would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely awesome job with replacing the roof on my Bunk House. I called a few different people to get an estimate and still have not heard back form some. The price was better than all and there quality of work was exceptional. Cleaned up everything and didn't even know they were there except for the new roof. Have been in construction for 42 years and will definitely be using them again.

Eli Tucker was personally involved in my roof process from beginning to completion. His crew completed a full roof replacement using the landmark pro shingle. The new roof looks great, and Eli made it a point to be there on site in a hands-on manner during a great deal of the installation & clean up. Work began on the scheduled date, and his crew was WORKING by 6:45 AM. They did not leave on Friday or Saturday until right before dark.

I almost didn’t go with this company after reading a previous 1 star review but I did anyways because of friends that highly recommended them. I tell you I’m really glad I did now. Those boys came in and started the job and I could tell they were working as f they were working on there own things. The entire team made me feel comfortable about the entire process. I don’t know the situation behind the one star on the previous review but I do know that the guys that showed up at my place weren’t even close to the guys in that review. A year ago, our garage ceiling caved in due to an unnoticed roof leak. Our insurance denied our claim and we didn't know what to do. A huge thank you to Tucker Exteriors for helping us get insurance to approve our roof replacement. I would like to thank Mr Eli Tucker and Home Exteriors for the wonderful and amazing job they did on my roof about 3-4yrs ago. But what really got me is a corner piece of my vinyl had fell off from the roof part of my house. I called Eli he was not able to come to the phone at the time but he had someone from his office call me to tell me that someone would be out to look at it for me the next day and that he did. My door bell rung the next morning it was Eli himself.😀 He looked at my problem and said Ms Florence I got you. Mr. Tucker was very professional from the first meeting to the final walk around and sign off. Mr. Tucker communicated clearly what the process would be from start to finish. His team arrived when they said they would and finished my roof in rocket time! They were very careful with my plants around the house and made sure they cleaned everything up when they were done, didn't find 1 nail. This company is A+ in my book. I highly recommend their services.

They promptly used tarps to mitigate further damage,were my advocate In filing an insurance claim and installed my new roof in quick fashion. Eli came out to my house quick after a tree fell on my house due to Tropical Storm Irma. Eli and his team got the tree of my house and covered to prevent further damage. He even met my insurance adjuster to show pictures of the tree on the roof and the damage to get the claim approved instantly. Tucker Exteriors did a great job of replacing part of the roof that had to be replaced.
