Great service, great quality pine straw. I talked to Cole on the phone and was very helpful with my purchase. They have the highest quality landscape material you can find! Very honest, very accountable. Highly recommend for all landscape needs!

Very impressed with the customer service. I was going to buy 16 pieces of firewood for $10, possibly 32 pieces for $20. The lady was very nice on the phone and told me that for $30 I could get 60 pieces of firewood. I appreciate saving money and getting extra firewood.

I have used this business 2-3 times for pinestraw. In the past, I have received fast service and great communication. On time same day delivery too. The owner, who is a nice young man, seems to try his best to provide good service which is hard to find these days.

These people are special. Never went to their store , met the first person , as he delivered several tonnes of gravel over two trips. The nicest young man, friendly and kind. I think his name was Hayden. Anyhow to make a long story short, I spoke to many of them only on the phone, all warm and welcoming. Enjoying that gravel and plan to get more this year. You ready Hayden?

They were quick to respond to my request for pine straw. I called and got my pine straw the next morning. I accidentally told him 40 bales. When he got here, I told him that I needed 50. He left the 40 bales and brought back 10 more. (This happened the week before Easter.). I now have them on speed dial. It is the best quality pine straw that I have ever purchased. 5 stars

Called them up and got 25 bales of straw delivered same day. Even gave me advice on how to grow grass after I regraded part of my yard. Super easy to work with!

Nick, the owner, is incredibly nice and prices are fair. Delivery was quick and they have someone who will spread the mulch for you. I highly recommend!

Friendly home town business

I was in a pinch and needed some fresh straw for photos to list our home. Customer service and delivery was great. Definitely not $5 bail quality however. I will have to purchase new straw to top off and hide all the sticks, leaves and wheat straw this pine straw had in it.

I drove 45 minutes to buy a large trailer full of pine straw, and was very excited to shop at a local business. Upon arrival I was immediately displeased with the set up of the operation as there was not a clear spot to park. As we started to load the trailer it was apparent that I was having to keep count because the employees failed to do so. During the loading process, the head employee was very demanding on how I should load and treat the pine straw. Doesn’t seem like too big of a deal but when a large load of a product is purchased, respect should be upheld.

They were very unprofessional. I called them for pinestraw and they failed to tell me they take only cash and check. While loading my trailer I was told by them they were counting the bales of pinestraw, while in actuality they were not. They have no landscape discount, and the bales of the pinestraw I received were not of high quality. I was told once I was at the checkout I had to pay in cash and was forced to walk to a nearby store to pull out money for the bales of pinestraw. Workers dealing with me were not helpful and too assertive. Strongly do not recommend.

They NEVER answer the phone!! NEVER!! The prices for their products are not even listed on website. I have driven to the location ( during open hours) and no one has ever been there!

Agreed on a time a few times and still can’t deliver on time.
