This is a first class experience. Beautiful lobby area and rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Coffee and water stations all day. Excellent continental breakfast and a late afternoon snack with freshly baked cookies, chips etc and sodas. BYOB but they provide mixers. Close to restaurants and town, quick walk from ferry. Perfect place to stay on Nantucket.

This was my first visit to the island, and it was during the Daffodil Festival. I'm so glad that I did my research and found this gem! It is a quick walk from the steamboat terminal, which was conveniently located to many restaurants, bike rentals, and shops. Upon arrival, I was in awe with all the beautiful flowers that adorned the entrance and on the patio! (See pic) I was greeted warmly by Amanda and Holden, who were so inviting and offered suggestions of what to do throughout the Daffodil Festival.
As I walked through the foyer/ breakfast nook, every corner of the Inn was decorated with beautiful flowers. The Inn was impeccably clean. When I entered my room, it had beautiful sunlight and bright, cheery decor.✨
A welcome note, a bouquet of flowers, decorated sugar cookies, and sparkling lavender water greeted me as I entered the room (see pic).
On the second floor where I stayed, there is a water dispenser (that offers flat or sparkling water) and a Keurig available for all guests.
They offer a complimentary continental breakfast (see pic) that offers things like sous vide eggs, mini frittatas, baked items like mini muffins and croissants, fruit, juice, coffee and tea, and Oui yogurts. It was very satisfying! 😌
When I came back to the Inn after my excursions, I could smell something baking, and sure enough, later in the afternoon, warm chocolate chip cookies appeared in the foyer! Yum!
The patio was a beautiful spot to unwind (see pic) with a coffee or glass of wine (it's BYOB). Surrounded by flowering trees and flowers in every nook and cranny, I felt like I was in a garden oasis! They have a fire pit that they light every night.
Throughout my stay, Amanda and staff were accommodating to my every need. ❤ I was a solo traveler, and they made me feel so at ease and at home!

I can't recommend this beautiful establishment enough! From the graciousness of the host and staff to the beautiful decor and delicious offerings, it was one of the best experiences I've had during a vacation!

21 Broad is the perfect place to stay on Nantucket. We were upgraded to a king room, which was a very nice surprise. The hotel is modern and updated on the inside, yet still has the classic charm. It's in a great location for those looking to explore the town by foot, and also has a large patio out back which was perfect for afternoon drinks. Lastly, Amanda at the front desk was extremely pleasant and super helpful - we will definitely be back!

We had a very wonderful stay this weekend at 21 Broad. The room was very large and well stocked, the hotel is located in a very convenient yet quaint location, and the staff is super kind. Cordelia went out of her way to prepare a puppy gift bag for our service dog Dwight when we were having travel delays and flight issues, and the whole team was very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend 21 Broad for your next trip to Nantucket!

After hearing so many wonderful things about this property we were thrilled to secure a lovely room for our stay this summer. Amanda and her team did a fabulous job with all of our requests and made our stay so memorable. The breakfasts each morning were creative and delicious. The courtyard to gather was a great highlight. We met a number of people from all over the US..What a great location, so close to the many fun shops and ferry! We will return.

We had the most AMAZING time staying at 21 Broad. The location of this hotel is so close to everything in downtown and everywhere is easily walkable. We were able to park our rented bikes right in front as well. We were also so grateful to have gotten great recommendations from the front desk about all things Nantucket! We borrowed chairs and umbrellas for our beach days which was so convenient. Having breakfast here was also a great way to start our day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this beautiful and cozy hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

Spent a week at 21 Broad. Enjoyed our accommodations. The staff made us feel right at home. They have chairs for the beach, beach bags and beach towels for your convenience. Thank you to Cordelia, Brooke, Amanda and Holden!!

Great location in town and we enjoyed all of the public gathering areas at the hotel especially the front porch. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if we head back to Nantucket.

Highly suggested!! This beautiful hotel is located right in downtown Nantucket and you can walk to pretty much anywhere in town. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes but not bad! Staff members are very kind, breakfast is provided and drinks and snacks are provided throughout the day in the main lobby. All super convenient. Overall, this is a highly suggested hotel and I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Easy walk from the ferry & all the hot spots in town. 21 Broad is on quiet street & has a modern, cozy vibe. From the easy check in, available and helpful staff, to the fabulous quiet & clean rooms. This stay was a 10/10. Decor in hotel was fun eye candy w/ function. The softest sheets ever. Clean, new bathrooms w/ a ton of shower space. Loved the sm. breakfast plates & thought the BYOB mixer offerings were extensive. They've thought of everything.

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was lovely. We received an upgrade to a larger room and when they dropped off our bags, we received a hand written thank you note. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is very conveniently located to the ferry and plenty of restaurants and shops. The customer service at the hotel was excellent. I would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days in July. We loved our room, it was big, clean, super comfy bed and it had a gorgeous bathroom. Service was excellent. Little touches like the fire pit outside, the nice front porch where you can people watch, the morning breakfast snacks, the all day coffee stations and especially the mixer happy hour station were all awesome. It’s right in the center of town and you can walk anywhere in town. We rented a moped to hit the beaches but you really don’t need one. Our one and only complaint was that. being on the first floor, it was very noisy on the floor above us starting really early-by 6 am at least. I’m not sure if there was a housekeeping room above us or what but it was almost impossible to sleep through the noise. It sounded like someone constantly stomping around and loud bangs like someone moving furniture. It was annoying because we would have liked to sleep later than that but overall we would definitely stay again and just request a higher floor.

Great place to stay in town. Short walk from either ferry terminal. Just steps to restaurants, shops, galleries and more.

Room was super clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a room in back (107) that was very quiet and pleasant. Easy access to the deck outside.

As much as we liked everything about this place, breakfast was our favorite part. Each morning was a different selection of freshly made, beautifully presented and delicious small plates and fresh juices and smoothies. So good.

Staff was super nice and very helpful.

The hotel is small, but cute. It fits well in downtown. The room was nice, but the bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept on. The staff was super friendly. The fresh, warm cookies were a delight.

Well appointed rooms and excellent location.
The manager goes above and beyond - he drove us to a lunch reservation so we wouldn’t be late. Breakfast is top notch - curated artisanal plates. They also take feedback very seriously and will do anything to accommodate. I made a comment about a maskless employee and it was corrected for the duration of our stay.

Stayed at 21 Broad for our 10 year anniversary this past weekend and it was just amazing. The hotel was just re-done so the rooms and facilities are in pristine condition. Bright, clean and with a great modern feel. The general managers Kealy and Ray could not have been nicer. So welcoming and helpful as we planned our stay on the island. The breakfast is amazing...from great bite sized cheeses and pastries to fresh salads and smoothies. All which we enjoyed outside on their very cute and private patio. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything: ferries, great restaurants, shopping, the best ice cream on the island.

21 Broad is the cutest boutique hotel! It's located right downtown, walking distance to the ferry and a stones throw to delicious restaurants and cute stores. The rooms are updated, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff is very nice, helpful, and they leave out the yummiest chocolate chip sea salt cookies in the evening. I would definitely recommend!

We spent Christmas Stroll weekend at 21 Broad and just loved the hotel! The location is perfect to town and to main street/restaurants and bars. The rooms are beautiful - large, clean and new.....the breakfast and snacks were great. The staff is wonderful. The hotel was a great stay. We plan to definitely go back - and am really looking forward to it.

What a wonderful experience! This new hotel is outstanding, despite having only been open a short time. A beautiful, spotless, comfortable room with complimentary iPad. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was elegant yet simple, and delicious! Without a doubt, we will stay at 21 Broad on our next trip to Nantucket!

We had a brief, but wonderful stay at 21 Broad. The rooms were modern, clean, and very relaxing, additionally, the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

21 Broad is located in the heart of town and you can walk almost anywhere. If you want to get to a beach that’s further away, a bike rental is the way to go.
