Steve has come out to help us several times and has been soooo helpful every time! He is very knowledgeable and super affordable! I will always call Steve at Shads Plumbing first! We are so grateful for Steve!

I had a leak on a hot water line and made a post about how to fix the issue myself. Steve gave wonderful advice but I wasn’t able to fix the leak and actually created a new one. Steve came out same day to get our water turned back on- he knew I had small kids. A new leak had formed from the work I had done and Steve came back out the next day to fix it. He was super friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and affordable! I highly recommend his work and will definitely call Shads Plumbing in the future instead of giving myself a headache with attempting to fix myself.

We had a huge problem with a previous installation of a garbage disposal (they completely botched it and rushed it) and Shad’s plumbing CORRECTLY fixed it for a very decent price. They were great at communication so I knew exactly what was happening at all times, and I didn’t have any “surprise charges” at the end. They were on time, and very understanding! I will never use any other plumbing company ever again!

They came out ASAP to fix an issue with my outdoor spigot. They were exceptionally friendly, and the price was fair. Great local plumber who I will be calling in the future when needs arise!

My husband and I had a slow leak that turned into a leak that flooded the water meter box and had water pouring out into the street. Shad came out and found the leak as well as a massive rock underneath where the pipe was laid. Not only did he repair the leak but he broke up the rock so we would have issues again. Shad went above and beyond and I would use his company again!

Sunday night, holiday weekend and pipe burst and my basement was flooded. Steve and his wife Brenda did not hesitate to come to Carrollton to my aid. The previous 4 calls to other "24/7" plumbers said they could not help me! They stopped the water, located the problem and came back on Monday and fixed the busted pipe. I will forever be a faithful customer and I can recommend them without hesitation.

If you care about quality work, service, and customer satisfaction you'll find no better than Steve and his experienced trades men. We called, they were on site within an hour, diagnosed our hot water issue. Found us an American Made replacement and gave us a more than reasonable price. All done within 4 hours!!!! Hard to believe we still have quality service like this in America today. Thanks Steve!

OMG...Steve and his helper were amazing!! They came out to my home within 15 minutes of calling me and the shower/faucet repair was done in less than 10 minutes. If you ever need a plumber that will do what they say they will do and at a reasonable price, call Steve at Shad's Plumbing, you won't regret it. Recently I needed someone to finish a job for me that someone else couldn’t complete for another week. I am very particular of who I have in my home, so I asked a close friend who her family used. She and and her husband responded with “Steve, he’s a really nice guy and they do good work.” Great description as that is what I discovered as well. I had missed a lot of work due to illness and didn’t want to have to call out again, so they really tried to work with me on the service time (which was the very next day). Two gentlemen came out (one who had been working with his dad since he was around 8). They were both very personable and efficient (time and work)! Before they left I asked them to look at a different area where I noticed a leak. Thank goodness I did, because I hadn’t looked at the copper pipes above my head closely and a section had a split and was badly corroded. He knew I had a 70 yr old retired worker do some work for me earlier in the week-he has limited time, but worked for a hobby almost. Steve didn’t try and pressure me for the business and actually told me what to tell the other guy if I decided to use him instead. Well, of course I asked these guys to come back out the next week and was again quite satisfied. Sorry for the long review! Brevity isn’t my finer quality. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Shad’s plumbing was very informative when I called. When my issues occurred he explained to me what exactly caused them and how to keep it from happening again. They all fixed my plumbing so efficiently and in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend!

Shad’s plumbing was the best call I could have made! It was late at night and my water wasn’t working. Come to find out my pipes under my house had burst. Shad and his crew were there instantly to help. They fixed all my pipes in a timely manner, and it was freezing outside. They were super friendly and very helpful. I will DEFINITELY refer Shad’s Plumbing to all of my friends & family, and give them another call if needed!

He is awesome!! I was in a real money pinch and stressed out because my hot water heater needed to be replaced, and he worked with me as much as he possibly could! He doesn’t just care about the money, he cares about YOU. He explained to me the whys of what was going on, and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. Very punctual, and VERY reliable! When he says he’s going to be somewhere at a certain time period, he means it! I was never left on the dark or confused during our business together. I highly recommend!
