I had a wonderful stay here. Angela was so fast and friendly with our check in. Made the whole process easy and quick. Lonnie in housekeeping made sure we had towels and our trash was taken out regularly. They were both really sweet and kind. Thank you quality. We will be back 😁

We came for a basketball game and we had a an amazing stay. Angela checked us in and was so sweet. Made it very easy and Lonnie serviced our rooms and was so polite. She kept us with clean towels and took our trash out. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. Will be back soon.

Hey everyone, checked in with Shavon yesterday, and her personality was so vibrant. We actually talked for about an hour before I checked into my room with a few friends. Her mannerisms and politeness was just refreshing. Check in was a breeze, we got extra towels before we went up, and were able to enjoy a hot breakfast prepared by Ms. Aimee!!! We love this hotel!!!

I've stayed at this hotel many times but this was by far the best. The lady at the front desk Mrs Angela was the friendly I have ever encountered at a hotel. The staff that I met Lonnie always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. I will be back in Monroe next month and I will be staying here . Thank you Quality Inn for y'all wonderful performance and caring employees

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Breakfast had many options and the beds were comfortable. Lynne was great at check-in and put us in a great room. Will be back!

I really Love staying here at this hotel because they have the best staff of all hotels in this area and a great location. Walking distance to so many places to eat and even a walking trail just up the street. Ms. Lynde & Ms. Nicole , Crissy , Angela are very friendly and professional. They make my stay feel like home away from home. Thank you guys for treating me and everyone I bring over with me the same way. I don’t just feel like just another guest staying at a hotel. Feels like home.

Check in was super easy and went smooth Angela at the front desk was super friendly and got us in really quick. Lonnie serviced my room nicely kept us with clean towels and took our trash. Thank you!! We will be back to see those friendly faces!

We had a family emergency and needed to book a room asap, as that we were coming from Nashville at 3 o'clock in the morning. Angela, at the front desk, made the check-in a smooth process. Her positive personality was much needed at our time of grief. We appreciate how accommodating the staff was!!

Shavon is the absolute best!!! She got me and my kids checked in after a very long night of traveling. She gave us directions to Surge so the kids could blow off some energy and pointed us to Underdogs for dinner. The room was clean, breakfast was hot and filling, and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know!!! Thanks Shavon, and I hope your energy and attitude are recognized

Absolutely the best service in housekeeping Lonnie Shea and Sadie made my stay there very nice the room was very clean and when I needed something they were always there I will definitely be back when I come back to town thank you

Even though they were doing some remodeling, the place was still clean. I always like staying here on my way to
Alabama from Oklahoma. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it is very convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast and friendly service.

Searched the entire city for a room last night. My family and I were exhausted, and Shavon was a great help...she called every hotel until one of them sold us a room. Great staff, and I hope more people with that attitude are recognized. Great staff...and good job Shavon.

Exhausted from almost 2700 miles of driving, Lindi at the front desk was a refreshing welcome to Monroe! Quick and proficient woth the check in process. I couldn't have been more satisfied with her service. For anyone passing through the West side of Monroe, stop by Quality inn and let Lindi get your accommodations squared away. Thanks!

I stayed here visiting family and everything was great. The housekeeper Tiny was absolutely amazing and got me everything I asked for and was very respectful and she definitely made the whole experience that much better for me, thank you Tiny!

Friendly staff. We are in the upgraded room, it's clean except the toilet ring. The hotel is still under remodel, Grab a bag breakfast ( sausage, yogurt, orange, and a bottle of water). Water is brown, was told its the city water. Restaurants and stores are nearby. It's a great location next to hwy 20.

I love the stay we went for my son basketball tournament and it was a very Clea environment and this one housekeeper Shae was very respectful and sweet I asked her for millions of things and she made it happen I thank her soooo much I will be back soon especially if she still works there

Visited quality inn in West Monroe. Wow!!! Mrs. Chiquita Massey was amazing. If you are looking for amazing customer service and adaptability this is the place for you.
