Wingate by Wyndham West Monroe

I’ve read other reviews. I’m quite picky on where I stay. I have to say, my room was clean, no bugs and no stains. Had an issue with the shower, next day, it was fixed.
A special thank you to ms Kelly. I was starting to think that customer service was a gone. Ms Kelly nailed it! Awesome lady who actually takes time to answer questions and direct you to where you want to go. Can not say enough good about her

The rooms were clean (smelled of bleach actually), and the staff was nice. Location couldn't be better either. It's so close to everything you want to see in West Monroe, but it's really very quiet. I hope they get some help for the maintenance guy though. That poor fella was doing everything from janitorial stuff to putting out the eggs in the continental breakfast.

It's really nice and clean. It's also dog friendly and A indoor pool I love it.

The staff has been very helpful, accommodating, and professional. I've stayed here several times over the last six months. The beds are very comfortable; which is a MUST for me. I would recommend them.

A great place if you want to set a romantic mood. Wingate is located next to the movie theater Tinseltown and a plethora of other amenities. Receptionist was polite and professional. The room was clean and the A/C worked properly. For some reason you had to bring your own body wash because there was only shampoo in the bathroom. Besides that everything else was fine.

Reading the latest reviews I was hesitant on making my choice to stay here but it was not bad at all. My room was clean and roomy. My room had new fixtures and was decently updated. Beds are comfy and both elevators worked great. My daughter enjoyed the heated indoor pool. There was a place in the roof where it’s blocked off and they are trying to fix. Overall for the price you can’t complain too much.

Wonderful service..The lady at the front desk was wonderful very helpful and treated us with a 😁 smile.

I was worried due to negative reviews, but this place turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Room was clean, odor-free, and the bed was a nice flat spring mattress with good back support, not one of those foam ones that sags when it warms up from body heat. Lady at front desk was friendly, quick, and honored my request for a late check-out as a Wyndham diamond status member. No complaints.

I absolutely loved this hotel my room was a king it was very spacious and clean the pool was clean and the breakfast was perfect t I can't wait to come back

Amazing!! Front desk is so sweet and treat you so kindly. Housekeeping is exceptional. Very clean and everyone there is so professional. I recommend this hotel, ur getting way more than what your paying for!!

Great place to get away. Only - I found was the jets in the tub didn't function in suite 302, and the internet was having some trouble while watching YouTube on my Xbox series x at 10pm to 1 am or after. But it was tolerable but other than that. Great place to stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The bed was plush and comfortable. The amenities were abundant in the room and also extras offered in the hotel. Beautiful surroundings in the lobby. And got to meet some very interesting and nice people. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and restful stay.

I had to stay at this hotel while my daughter was recovering from surgery and I am very impressed by the staff and the hotel in general. The room I stayed in was clean and the housekeeping staff were so kind to me during my daughter's illness. The breakfast food was tasty and the staff cleaned and replaced the food quickly. I stayed for 3 nights and I must say that my internet never went down and was fast, the cable system was always functional and the bed was fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

No problems checking in, very courteous receptionist. Good wifi speeds, very well lit parking lot. Good area with plenty of restaurants around. Soft and large bed. Very nice heated pool open until 10pm. Only complaint is there was no guide or channel list for TV, so I ended up flipping through the entire list like it was the early 2000s

Great motel for the price!!!! Very clean, beautiful rooms. Customer service desk employee was wonderful. Gorgeous inside pool. Best motel I've ever stayed in. Felt like we were in a fancy room in New York City!!!! Will stay again.

Front desk was amazing she made me feel welcome and always had a smile on her face. She had short blonde hair and wore glasses. Whoever she is needs a raise!

Rooms were clean and the hotel front desk girl named Jodi was so friendly and helpful!

I felt safe and never had to call the police like when I stay at the budget inn. When the staff told me to have a nice day I knew they really meant it. It was a touching moment and when I got my secret mistress to our room I was still in tears. God bless these people.

The room was much larger then most. Was nice to feel like there was more then enough space. Staff we're attentive and knowledgeable and I had no complaints about price.. Seemed fair.
