Impressed with this facility. Stress free environment, the facilities were clean, customer service was excellence. Our questions were answered about payment options and other unit services. I left telling my family member I know where to come if I ever needed a storage unit. Other storage companies need to take notice. The young lady's name I believe is Keisha was a great help with a vibrant spirit. Thanks, on behalf of my family member.

I called to inquire about unit sizes and availability. The young lady I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly but very patient. She asked questions about the items I need to store and offered suggestions on the unit she thought would meet my needs. She explained the specials & features of the property and answered all my questions. I was having a challenging day when I called. Thank you Ms. Keisha for showing kindness.

Reggie was very nice, professional and attentive. He answered all my questions and helped me with my application process. My time spent at this location was well spent and I feel comfortable with my belongings being held here. I definitely will be recommending this location to friends and family.

The guy working at the desk was very helpful & knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and the guy working did not get upset or lose patience. Very good customer service. Will definitely be back to get a unit!

Great storage unit company with awesome customer service. I was dealing with the loss of my fiance and moving back to Louisiana .The representative that works there was very considerate and helped me a lot knowing what I was dealing with at that time.
