I was met with a very friendly staff. My wait was extremely short. The nurses was real friendly and made you feel comfortable. Dr. Ponarski was very professional and friendly. He put me at ease immediately by discussing with about my illness. He explained to me what was ailing me in language I could understand. He told me what I need in order to have a quick recovery. Two shots and a Z pack. He mannerism’s put me at ease and I felt much better after seeing him. The nurse who gave me the shots was very friendly and helped me relax. Very successful visit with answered and treatments.

I love Dr. Ponarski! He is intelligent and down to earth. He doesn’t sugar coat but informs in a very kind way. He is friendly and has a great bedside manner. His nurse, Kim, is great as well as the rest of his staff. Also, he doesn’t keep you waiting forever.

Dr. Ponarski is an excellent doctor. He always listens to me and never tries to just rush you out the door. He is very knowledgeable when explaining things. I liked him so much that I recommended my Mother to go see him. She loves him too! I would highly recommend Dr. Roland Ponarski and his staff to anyone searching for a new doctor!!!

I’ve known Dr. Ponarski for 20 years, 6 of those years as his patient. He has always treated me with courtesy and respect. He’s always sat down and talked to me and answered all of my questions. My experience with Dr. Ponarski was great. He took his time with me and allowed me to ask questions, he did not rush. He is extremely pleasant and listens. He is very impressionable and professional. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I was worked in to see the doctor when I was feeling my worst. The staff were cordial and caring. Dr. Ponarski came in with a warm greeting and treated me as if he had plenty of time and addressed my medical issues as though they really mattered to him. I was very pleased with my all around care.

I have been seeing Doctor Ponarski for a few years now. He has always taken great care of me. He has always been available to me no matter what the circumstances were. He is the kinda doctor that takes and interest in you personally. He is a great doctor and the nurses are great too.

Dr. Ponarski is wonderful. He is kind and patient with my 86 year old mother. Willing to answer questions not just about her health but also about the problems and concerns she has brought to our lives. There is nothing easy about taking on the care of an aging parent. We are fortunate that he is willing to help us along this path.

Dr. Ponarski and his staff are very important to me. They are sympathetic and empathetic to my physical and mental health. I honestly do not think I would have lasted this long without him being my doctor. He is a 5Star physician. He in one of the best. He listens and wants to know more about you than just your current complaint. He is now a friend as well as my doctor. Hope he stays here for a long time.

Dr. Roland Ponarski is a very caring, and knowledgeable doctor. Great staff too! Both my husband and I confidently use him as our primary doctor when we need medical assistance.

Staff shows interest and concern. Remembers me as patient. Kind professional friendly and funny. Dr Ponarski covers all angles and possibilities. He takes time to carefully explain test results and diagnosis.

Friendly. Professional. Efficient. Appointments spaced so waiting room is very few people. Chairs social distanced. All staff wearing masks properly. Love this Doctors style. Gets to the point but you still feel heard. Nice experience.

Absolutely love Dr Ponarski! He listens and he actually cares about his patients. There's never a dull moment with him and his stories. All in all I would recommend him as a dr to anyone! I love them!

Wait time is not long. His nurses are friendly and curious. Dr. Ponarski has been my doctor for more than 10 years and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the care needed. He sits and talks with you and doesn't make you feel rushed. You can usually get them to work you in if you are sick and dont have an appointment depending upon the time of year. I would recommend Dr ponarski to anyone. I followed him from Rayville all the way to west Mo toe.
