We arrived late and the gal that was at the desk alerted us that the machines that code the room cards were not working. She welcomed us with a big smile and it never left her face. She checked us in, walked us up to our room, let us in, stood by while we unloaded our cart and then took our cart back downstairs. The room was great. We slept great! Easy access from the interstate. Great property. Excellent service!!!

Extremely convenient location, right off the interstate. Quick check-in, friendly staff, complimentary bottles of water, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and quick check-out. Affordable prices and wonderful stay. Cannot ask for anything better. Always enjoy staying at Hampton Inns.

We were in town for a funeral and ended up needing to extend our stay for a week. The front desk was able to meet our accommodations as our family was staying in 3 different rooms but the staff were able to have our rooms right beside each other. The rooms/hotel were tidy and clean. All of the staff were pleasant during our stay and each day housekeeping ensured we had fresh towels and linen. I would like to say a special thank you to Jasmine at the front desk. She was very helpful and smiling to greet us every morning.

I picked this place because it is convenient to I-20 and we would be arriving after 10pm. And my husband likes his hot breakfast. We arrived and our room keys were ready and the room was nice and cool. The breakfast did not disappoint. I complemented the lady hustling to keep food coming and she told me it was her first time providing breakfast. Way to go Amanda!

Easily found off I-20. The room was very clean and up to date. The bed was firm and had no sagging spot where people sit.

Our stay is always at this location. Very comfy beds and clean hotel overall.

Driving through at midnight and called for a room. Front desk service was professional and polite. He also helped us with some toothbrushes and toothpaste for free. Our room was cleaned by Dakola who did a wonderful job. There is food available from 6-10am, plenty of parking, and in a good location. Would come back!

I stayed here because we had SNAL conference, and I must say, y’all have the best, and friendliest staff. From the time we checked in, Jasmine greeted us and was very helpful. During the time of our stay(a week), housekeeping was helpful and even offered us clean towels, trashbags, laundry bags. During the evening into the late night, Rodney and another gentleman helped us with beverages, asked us if we needed anything, etc. If I were to ever come back to West Monroe again, I would definitely stay here. It’s not far from food places or grocery stores. I really appreciate everything the staff did for us during our stay.

I don’t often leave a review for just a quick overnight stop while passing through on a roadtrip. However, I have to share how terrific this Hampton Inn is. The hotel is immaculate! The rooms, lobby, dining area are so clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was fresh and the customer service is nice. It was such a noticeable difference than other hotels off the highway. It truly was a pleasant stay!

Check in at 3; Check out at 11. I believe they have late checkout. Check with the front desk to verify. Hot Breakfast & clean rooms with nice beds. Would stay again.

Breakfast was great, good coffee! They also had a peloton bike in the workout room which my wife and I loved. The pool was not open yet but they allowed us to sit beside it and enjoy the sunshine!

My wife and I decided to get away from home for a few nights. The hotel was nice and peaceful. The staff was amazing. We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We checked in close to midnight and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and professional. He gave us all the information we requested. The lobby was clean, the breakfast was tasty and stocked up and the eating area was also clean and tidy. Well done!!! We enjoyed our short stay with y'all.
