Terrible service, wrong on the public office plane view doctrine and very nasty behavior of those collecting government money. Regardless of how they mistreat the public, they will still be paid by the tax payers by way of the government. They said you need their permission, it is illegal to record them in stark contrast to the 1st Amendment of the United States. 5 points of the first amendment: freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, peaceably assemble, right to petition for a redress of government of your grievances. Their office is part of the plane view doctrine, you can see with your eyes all behind the glass. The waving finger is very nasty behavior for public pretender staff with wrongful information, irony within a legal office and proving the office staff as incompetent by representation of their office. You don't need their permission to record and it isn't illegal to record in a public office, publicly accessible. Do they know what a woman is? Are they a cat? Do they know what a cat is?

Very Nasty-attitude and impatient women, not patient, with public questions, very unkind and clearly don't want to help the public. I see why people get in debt to have paid lawyers. MD do better. Office reboot needed. Supervisor is worse she assumes everyone is aware of law, Ma'am not everyone interacts with law 24/7.

Went through the entire application process just be told I don’t have representation…..my court date is coming up and they wasted my time. I call the office and everyone has an attitude. Like they’re being forced to work their. Deborah sergi actually hung up on me for asking a question about my case……don’t go there! Represent yourself if you have to.

I tried to call the office to make an appt for a friend. And they have a generic message to call during "normal" buisness hours and they close at 4:30pm but I called at 3:30pm. Going to ask my friend if they rather my 4yr old to rep him because even he knows that 3:30pm is before 4:30pm. What a waste!

Well first off the give u options . Dont pick any cuz you wont talk to a person you have to wait until the end of the recording and hopefully they pick up. Also rude from the beginning. Omg and are you serious because I dont have a case number and my attorney is not on any of my paper work. Just rude. 1 star is to much

They need to answer their phones instead of creating a computer voicemail system that hangs up on you for hours! Waste of state dollars ..fire them all!!!

Awful.......waited 2 hours to be seen by public defender when he was notified that i was there. Before hand i had called to let him know i was going to be early, and he replied ok, just have them call me and i'll come down.

They don’t even care if you are innocent or not if you look guilty that’s it. If I could give anything less than 1 star I would. The worst defenders ever!
