I had witnessed the Cray team in Norwell work with a relative during their rehab process, so it was a no-brainer for me to select Cray for my post-Achilles surgery rehab. Physical Trainer Micky Golden was great to work with. He gave great attention to the process and my outcome exceeded my anticipated timeline. Cray and Micky should be a "go to" for your PT requirements!

I like Cray's P.T. for 3 reasons 1st is because of location, very close to my home, 2nd is I like Cray's because of the helpful staff, 3rd is because I believe the P.T. I'm receiving is bringing feelings back into my extremities especially in my hands, that had went numb do to 2 pinched nerve I had in my neck, after surgery on 3/22/23 I felt a little better, but since I started Cray's P.T. I feel even better, having control of my hands again is a blessing and I owe it all to a great surgeon, & Cray's physical therapy, although I still suffer from numbness in my feet I'm positive with more surgery, time and physical therapy, will bring my feet back under my control as well. I walk with a cane now but my goal, is to one day walk on my own with the stamina, to go the distance, without pain or without the need of a cane. 😜👍

Sincerely J. Volta.

I had previously completed PT at a major Boston hospital when I injured my other knee and wanted to look for something closer to home. Lexi and Cindy and the team at Cray have been so helpful to getting my up and moving and on the road to recovery. They were able to take me on right away while other places had over a 1 month wait. I feel like my exercises are a lot more challenging (in a good way) than my exercises at the hospital and that they monitor my progress better. Lexi is friendly and knowledgeable and has helped me a lot. I'm very happy with my experience.

Miles and Pat have been great. Easy to work with. After a few weeks I definitely see a difference in my recovery. Cray is attached to A gym so was able to use some of the equipment for my therapy. I felt completely comfortable with my sessions. Would definitely go back to Cray Physical Therapy if needed again. It would be my 1st choice

The team at Cray Physical Therapy is a well oiled machine! This was my first experience with PT and Miles has set the bar very high. I was nervous off the start, didn't know what to expect. Miles was very welcoming and took his time evaluating me that first day. He always makes you feel as though your the most important client, because during your session, you are. Miles made sure that I learned how to work hard and smart. After my second session, I received my "homework" via email with instructional videos of all the exercises. I love that we are a team working towards the ultimate goal, getting me strong enough to get back to working out safely.
I highly recommend Miles and the entire staff at Cray Physical Therapy, they really are the best out there!

Miles and the team at Cray in Weymouth are incredibly professional and were instrumental in how quickly I was able to come back from my last knee injury. They tailored my PT program to my current fitness program and goals. With their help I was able to cut my recovery from the surgeon's estimated timeline of 6 months to just over 3. I would highly recommend Cray and Miles to anyone who is a serious athlete, or anyone trying to overcome a recent injury.

I cannot thank Miles and Patrick enough!

I've struggled with shoulder pain and frequent dislocations for the last dozen years. I've been to 3 other physical therapists. These guys accomplished more in 6 weeks than I would have thought possible. Great facilities, very flexible with scheduling and fantastic client service. They were extremely knowledgeable about my condition and stressed the importance of functionality in my treatment. Miles utilized web resources to track and enhance my at-home exercises, complete with tutorial clips to make sure I was doing it right. I'm so grateful for the thoughtfulness behind the treatment I received.
With a bit of luck, I'll never have to see them again. ;-)
Thanks again

I went to the Weymouth clinic where I had the pleasure working with Miles. I sprained my ankle and 4 months in, it was not 100%. After going to see Miles for 2 months, I am pain free and back to my normal routine. I can stay I am even stronger than before. I highly recommend Miles. He is by far the best therapist I ever worked with. Having gone to other PT clinics in the past for a sprained toe and ankle, I’ve experienced many different approaches and care. Miles has a breadth and depth of the human anatomy, explains his therapy approach thoroughly and is a huge proponent of self-reliance, which is great because I’ve learned a lot from him that I will implement in my regular workout routine to prevent further ankle sprains. He is thoughtful in my program, answers all my exercise and human anatomy questions with detail. He treats everyone like an athlete and focuses on research proven approaches with his treatment. Thank you Miles, you’re amazing!

This March I had a 2nd total knee replacement done and I chose once again to use Cray Physical Therapy for my Outpatient PT. My experience after the first knee replacement last year was the reason I am a return customer. Once again they did an excellent job helping me finish up my recovery and quickly get on the path to normal function with my new knee.

Shawn and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean and comfortable.

During your recovery process they explain all the exercises that you are going through so that you understand what you are trying to achieve with each routine.

They strive to help you reach your goals, while taking great care to maintain your comfort.

Excellent experience, I am glad that I chose Cray PT again!

I have been receiving treatment at Cray Physical Therapy in Weymouth for the past six weeks after a hip replacement surgery. I have been a patient at many physical therapy clinics over the past ten years and can tell when I find a good one! Both the physical therapist Miles and his aide Pat are terrific! They are very knowledgeable and have the patience of a saint in answering all of my questions about my exercises and other activities I do during the course of my daily life. Miles has been advancing my exercises in a way that feels appropriately challenging but not too difficult to a point that would make me discouraged. Thanks to Miles and Pat, my recovery continues to progress well and I am very motivated to keep up with my home exercise program. In terms of COVID protocols, all surfaces are cleaned between each patient and all other COVID precautions are carefully followed. The clinic is in a large, high ceiling room and seems to have good ventilation. During my appointments there have been a maximum of four people, including the therapists, in the space at the same time. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I was treated for neck pain at Cray Physical Therapy’s offices in Weymouth, which are located inside Northeast Health and Fitness. Miles was my therapist and helped me immensely. When I was done with in-office sessions he sent me home with a personalized set of maintenance exercises. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend Miles and Cray PT if or when you need physical therapy.

If you’ve been delaying getting treatment because of Covid, be assured that the health club premises are constantly being cleaned and sanitized and operating according to the very strict state regulations.

I highly recommend Cray physical therapy to anyone in need. I have been multiple times for different injury’s and each time I go I am reminded why they are so great. Sean, Miles, and the rest of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and offer great 1 on 1 care. They take the time to explain in depth everything that is being done. A great atmosphere making me feel comfortable and most importantly feeling better than I did before I walked through the door.

Cray Physical Therapy is the place to go if you need physical therapy! I had the good fortune of going to the Weymouth facility when I injured my hip. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and truly concerned about you. From my first session, I began to feel better.

They make sure you are thoroughly educated on the correct form doing the exercise, as well as the proper number of reps and reason for doing the work. My physical therapist, Miles, and his PT assistant went above and beyond the call of duty. They also hear you and your concerns and adjust the session accordingly.

I am happy to report that not only has my hip gotten back to 100% my overall health has improved. I cannot recommend Miles and Sabrina enough. I am happy that I feel much better, but I have to admit, I will miss my interaction with the staff and edification about my health. Miles has even offered that I contact him after I leave his care should I have any questions or concerns. I feel confident that with the work we have done at Cray Physicsl Thrrapy and the exercises that I have been given to do at home, my good health will continue.

From my first appointment to now Miles & Pat have been very courteous and kind and very inviting. These gentlemen are professional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Miles communicates everything he is doing and going to do. I like being informed, and I feel I am with Cray Physical Therapy. I feel that the exercises that I am doing are helping and I am on track to getting back to normal.

I had a great experience working with Cray PT. Miles explained how they would approach what was my first PT experience and adjusted based on how I reacted. I felt results soon after and after a couple months of visits, am feeling better. I'll miss the visits though- Miles and the team are a joy to work with and keep you at ease.

I came to Miles at the Weymouth location two days after hip surgery for a labrel tear in my hip. He immediately put me at ease with how knowledgeable he was about my injury and surgery and also how much time he spent with me discussing my activity prior to surgery and where I want to be after. I’ve been going now for just about a month and I am so happy with the progress I have made. I’m able to do so many things that I was really hesitant about doing before PT. I could not recommend Miles and Cray PT enough!

I have been going to the Weymouth location for 5 weeks now, and I have found Danny to be a fantastic physical therapist. He listens to you and is very thorough in his design of a treatment plan. Great follow-up and availability via e-mail if you have questions when you are not there in person.

I can't recommend Cray PT enough!! I had some IT band/slipped disc issues and Nolan was able to help me tremendously! He was knowledgeable, encouraging and really listened to me. He went out of his way to create a plan that incorporated strengthening as well as dry needling. He was invested in my recovery and I knew I was in great hands with not only Nolan, but anyone on staff. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly and caring face. I truly can't say enough about how great my experience with Cray PT was.

From day one I knew Cray Physical Therapy was something special, different from other PT clinics I’ve gone to before. Shawn fully invested himself into my case the moment I walked through the door, signifying that my recovery was just as important to him as it was to me. His expertise has allowed me to regain my quality of life which is priceless. Thanks, Shawn, for all your care, treatment, and direction! You are the best! Should I need therapy in the future, I will definitely use Cray Physical Therapy!
