The food here is delicious and the portions are large, especially the biscuits and gravy. Biggest biscuits I've ever seen. If you are ever in town stop in for breakfast. It's sure to please. Waitress was a sweetheart and the prices aren't bad for the amount of food you get. Will definitely be back.

I always enjoy dining here. The staff are all friendly, the food tastes good and the prices are reasonable. I'll certainly return on the next trip to the area, I'd even drive out of my way to get there.

You will not find a better jumbo pork tenderloin sandwich anywhere. Costomer service is 5 star every time we have been here.

We had breakfast here and it was spectacular! The food was great, the portions were generous and the service was top notch! Great location as well. I just wish we could have come back for lunch!

We drive from Bolivar to eat here. It's the best food anywhere near the lake. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! If you go, order the jumbo tenderloin. You will have food for days! I would also recommend ordering pie

I love going to locally owned businesses and found this place out of my way. Very glad to have found this diamond in the rough. Find your own place to sit atmosphere. Never been there before so I was seated. Looked over the menu buy all looked so good I asked my waitress for a few choices. Narrowed it to a hot beef sandwich. Open face with roast beef and gravy. It had a few dry pieces but the rest was very good. Not only did my waitress come by regular but seemed genuinely concerned to my dining experience. Got a piece of chocolate heath pie before I left. All for a good price. When in wheatland I will find my way back. Even saved it in my favorites. Hope your experience is just as good.

Unbelievable amout of food. Jumbo tenderloin would feed 4 people easily. It wasn't all breading either . Good service and reasonable prices. Seems to be a very popular place.

The new owners have chosen a superb work force. My coffee was attended often, my order was prepared exactly like I asked for it. It was hot and quick well done new people.

We drove 1 1/2 hours to eat here after we heard about the tenderloins. We weren’t disappointed. The tenderloin was not only big enough for 3-4 people but not dry and tasted great. We’ll be back.

Just moved to Missouri and loved finding this little hole in the wall cafe! I am a fan of comfort foods and the food was fantastic. Staff is super friendly and personable. May have found my new favorite restaurant.

I'm glad they made it non-smoking last year. The smell was gross. Food is good and the service is amazing. I have no problems with this amazing establishment.
