This review is of my experience as a customer utilizing their services from my home. I have never visited this location in person. I have had questions and concerns about mail. Every time they answered the phone promptly or called me back. I have not always had the best time with this post office but I can honestly say that they have greatly improved.

On my visit the cashier was nice and very helpful in providing me information when I asked of the different types of stamps they had. Grace has designed a cancellation stamp for the post office.

As in almost every post office it's generally going to be a wait in line. But when you get to the counter and you get the answers you need and the staff is helpful, courteous, and go out the way to help, you don't mind the wait...

Applied for my passport here, occasionally mail letters and packages, never had any major issues.

The Raspeburg post office is great, it deserves a 5-star review.
I have been coming here for years, and love the postal staff, they have always been friendly to me, especially Ms.Ann who is always very cheerful.
The service they provide is stellar, I have mailed many parcels here over the years, and have never had an issue with the service.

All in all I think the USPS has done well. I receive most of my mail on time. My packages get delivered on-time, or within a day or two of the estimated delivery date. People need to remember that some of the problems we're experiencing are not necessarily the fault of our local postal workers. The real problems are created at the top, and they roll downhill. Some of the postal workers at the post office are very friendly, others, not so much. I deducted one star for the postal workers who are not friendly and act in an un-professional manner.

Given the virus apocalypse our mail carriers have been exceptional. I get a few things regularly via the usps and it comes late sometimes but it comes usually within a day or so so that it completely acceptable really on par with or better than amazon... Carriers are friendly and wave to my kids the usps does the absolute best with what they have (Completely unacceptable funding) I’ll say it all day long! You are great at your job!!! Please keep bringing my mail!!!
