Louise was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She wasted no time in getting my wife and me in and out as quick as possible. She was the only employee in the building and with 4 customers waiting, she kept everyone informed and helped out as quick as possible with all parties. She was the best.

Sarah Blake provided awesome customer service tonight! Going above and beyond to resolve a technical issue with 2 iPhones on my account. She contacted customer service and spent over 2 hours (and 30 minutes beyond closing time) to ensure the issue with both phones was resolved. Thank you Sarah!

We were in the store Labor Day weekend. We were greeted promptly by Kevin who turned out to be the most polite young man and salesman. He effectively and efficiently helped us navigate through a variety of scenarios that would greatly benefit my family and our individual needs (both financially and for our devices). Long story short 10/10 would recommend Kevin. I hate switching phones, like despise it, he made it a relatively painless transaction and was available the next day to talk me through a quick issue. I hope that Kevin's boss sees this and gives him a raise.

I walked into the store and within a minute a sales person who was waiting on another customer pardoned himself and ask me what he could help me with. All I needed was a new TV remote which he took care of right away then went back to previous customer. Great service .
