Needs new laundry equipment ASAP! Rat dropping where the bench is by the front window where you sit. (3) working dryers and (4) working washers🥴 let's not forget to bring a blanket with you because it feels like outside in there. No heat at all. Very uncomfortable place to wash.

i’ve been walking my 3-4 loads of clothes to this laundromat just to find out there’s no quarters in the quarter dispenser very unprofessional because someone should’ve put a sign up saying we don’t have no quarters at the moment and they expect me to walk to a whole different laundromat to get quarters then I asked then I asked my mom the lady. When are they refilling the machine she said not anytime soon here comes another guy pulling the quarters out put them back into the quarter machine
After I just took all my clothes home, then I had a nerve to tell me, you can bring your clothes back, I got so mad I just walked out with the rest of my stuff this is why people can’t support businesses I think the other one laundromat will be having a new customer lol

Very poor management! In need of some extreme repairs and more dryers that work. Poor working conditions for employees. No heating system for the winter and in the summer no cooling equipment (old ceiling fans that does not help much at all.
