I like to share my experience because I think this is important to let people know how businesses is treating their costumer. I been in this place already few times they hafe best costumer service. They are excellent what they doing. I asked them to resize my moms ring twice and they did with no charge. Nadine was super nice and extremely friendly.

I have been coming to Hannoush for about 10 years now ever since they made my wedding band. I can not be happier. Nadine is amazing to work with and personally I will wait until she is working so I can work directly with her. She is so nice, friendly, KNOWS her stuff and willing to go the extra mile for you. She is the main reason I keep coming back! Thank you!! Can't wait to see my ring next week :-)

Let me start by saying that Nadine is by far the best, most kind, genuine and thoughtful person you will ever meet. She did an amazing job selecting a wedding band to match my wife's unique engagement ring, and has always given her honest opinion. Unlike some other jewelry stores, we never feel pressured into buying anything. The whole staff is very welcoming, and we always enjoy stopping by to say hello. I am so happy we decided to get my engagement ring at Hannoush Jewelers! We worked with Nadine and she was so easy to work with and was always quick to respond to my emails! I went in knowing I was leaning towards a particular Gabriel & Co. ring but she was willing to show us many other options just to make sure that was the one and she was very patient and had great suggestions and ideas as well! Just want to say Marianne from your emerald mall store is wonderful. She deserves a big raise! I had been looking for a new wedding band with diamonds for my 5 year anniversary. When I came to Hannoush, Marianne took a lot of time to show me different options and was so very nice and helpful. She found the perfect band for me and I love it! My mother and I were searching high and low for a very specific Pandora charm. Finally, my mom called Hannoush at Emerald Square Mall and had the very good fortune of speaking with Marianne. They had the charm and Marianne kindly put it aside. When we went in to pick it up, Marianne was incredibly warm and helpful. We ended up looking at other Pandora bracelets and charms and my mom found a few items that compliment her style well. Not once did Marianne make either myself or my mother feel pressured to buy. Instead, she very kindly and warmly showed us numerous options and new items (and I convinced my mom she “needed” to treat herself).

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Marianne is. We commented as we left that we like her so much we will be going back whenever we have the chance/a need to purchase jewelry.

I had the pleasure of having Marianne as my sales associate. I originally came in for a bracelet but happily left with more. With the great deals and Marianne working with me to get a Hannoush account i was able to get the jewelry pieces that I really wanted. Marianne was so patient with me in selecting jewelry and she had so many ideas on what pieces would good with each other. I would definitely come back again!

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience at Hannoush Jewelers! I visited the Emerald Square Mall location in Massachusetts and it was wonderful! My boyfriend and I had such a terrible experience at Zales and our sales rep at Hannoush made us forget all about it. Mirna was amazing! She walked us through the selection, found something within our budget and made sure I was happy! She was the best jewelry sales person I have ever encountered! I will only shop at Hannoush now, no more big box stores. Plus, they have a jeweler on site on Wednesdays and Saturdays so they can resize your ring/ repair jewelry on the spot; they even did mine same day! I encourage everyone to check this place out!

I recently shopped there and had a good experience along with feeling comfortable with Maryanne who works there. They don't pressure you into anything and they do not attack you when you walk through their store to buy stuff. Maryanne kept in contact with me along the way to make sure my purchase would turn out exactly the way I wanted it and to give me updates. She is a very sweet lady and I would recommend anyone who stops by the store to do business with her. She will not disappoint you. She will make sure you get exactly what you stop by there for.

My wife and I recently visited Hannoush Jewelers in North Attleboro on the recommendation of our insurance company to look for a replacement for my wife's stolen engagement ring. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted warmly by the staff and were directed to the store manager, Nadine Dacey to discuss our claim. To say that Nadine was friendly, knowledgeable and professional would be an understatement! She asked questions about what we were looking for and gently guided us towards items that were in our price range and in the style we wanted. She never pushed us or made us feel like she was trying to up sell us. She went above and beyond to help us when we didn't have our claim information with us, texting, calling and emailing the owner and the claims staff at our insurance company until we had everything we needed to move forward with our order. This was a very upsetting theft in our home, but Nadine made it such a pleasant and positive experience, that we will be sure to recommend her and her beautiful store to all our friends and family, not just for insurance claims, but for all their jewelry needs. Nadine interacts with her staff and customers in a warm, but efficient manner and is obviously a great leader. The store is beautifully maintained and each customer is greeted and serviced in a respectful manner. The Hannoush company should be very proud to have Nadine as an employee. She not only met all our professional needs, but made us feel like old friends! We highly recommend this location.

It was Mother's Day and I wanted to treat myself to something special. I'd been to two other jewelry stores before that and was very disappointed by their lack of professionalism and courtesy. However, as soon as I walked into Hannoush Jewelers in Emerald Square Mall, I was greeted and helped by Marianne who couldn't have been more pleasant and courteous and made sure I found the perfect diamond earrings for me. She even cleaned the ones I had in my ears so they could be as sparkly as the new ones I just bought. I'm definitely going back there when I'm ready for my next treat. I've been going to Hannoush Jewelers for over 2 years now. All the workers are very nice, pleasant, and they all have good customer service skills. Marianne was a wonderful sales representative, she was so helpful, she gaves wonderful ideas.
