He arrived today earlier than his appointment time. He was very nice and informative. He started fixing the necessary repairs right away and explained everything that you were about to do, before repairing it and NOW, my sofa looks brand new!!! Words cannot express my gratitude!!! You’re the best!!! You deserve 5 stars ⭐!!

I love my furniture my bed is really beautiful the Beautifullest thing I ever seen they were the guys who put it together were very quick. They help me put my mattress on my bed and the store value city has very nice furniture quality furniture.

Not only do VCF have beautiful furniture they have quality furniture that will last for years and the styles will stay relevant. Tiffany, goes the extra mile when telling you about the style and quality of the furniture. The staff doesn’t pressure you and make sure they have your best interest in mind. They also follow up to make sure that you are enjoying your furniture. They also have unbelievable guarantees to make sure that you are completely satisfied. They are very sharp and very respectful.

I went into Value City to look for a living room set that I saw online and I wanted to see it in person. The customer service provided by Tiffany was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure what we purchased did work. We purchased a living room set and a mattress. I would highly recommend !

Very good place. I love it so much. I have so much problem but guys help me a lot. I definitely recommend the people from customer service Nancy, and another two girl very very professional CUSTOMER CARE, and all my experience was super super nice. I really recommended definitely love this place from Essex.

Love my new sofa, and received it less than a week after putting in the order. Make sure you sit in them in store before buying - the one I was going to get online ended up being uncomfortable to sit on in store.

There was a minor defect on one of the cushions and they had a new one at my house the next week. Great experience!

Eastpoint value city was the bomb! Tiffany was my sale associate she was very patient with me being so confused. Jamar was awesome with his assistance Ron even showed me how to charge my phone on the Jackson couch. My experience was much better than my experience at RT 40 Baltimore national pike value city. The eastpoint team is phenomenal!!!!!

JMAR was amazing. Super kind and informative. The place had a lot of cool couches and will definitely return. Would definitely recommend at least checking the store out. If you can, JMAR is the guy to go to.

Mr Witherspoon is a very knowledgeable and outstanding Salesperson. He’s also funny, courteous, professional, and patient. He greeted and helped me the second I walked through the door. I purchased furniture through Mr Witherspoon before and realized it by his funny and professional service. He makes you feel like family or a friend you’ve known for years. More merchandise would be sold (regardless of the price) if businesses had Salespeople like him. My Mother always told me, “You get what you pay for”!! That statement is so true. VCF might be a little expensive but we’ll worth it. The dresser with the mirror was the first purchase (a wedding anniversary gift) and the other furniture was the second (by me as a gift) 😂😂 The livingroom set was purchased as a gift to me too after I replaced the set I had for 10 years from VCF. It’s still in good condition so I put it in the basement livingroom. 🥰🥰 I will be using Mr Witherspoon to refurnish the rest of the house.

Mike Bonincontri was the best. He got me a great deal. I also want to thank the store manager, Aimee. I recommend this store for anyone looking for new furniture. They are the best
