Mount Hope Cemetery

I find so much peace and solace when I go to the cemetery to visit my parents! It by far is my favorite place to visit!!! I’ve been doing what I’ve been doing for 29 years now and I am just about done. I want to make sure that my parents resting place will always be as wonderful as they were.!!!💙💛🧡

I have many loved ones buried here. The grounds are so nicely taken care of. I have taken a lot of photos here, Autumn is my favorite time to visit the plots and enjoy the crisp air. Being surrounded by those who have lived before me invokes a renewed feeling of appreciation for my own life. And the enveloping scenery of the gorgeous trees and planted flowers can be simply breath-taking.

Lots of my family members have been buried there including my dear husband and father. Many others as well. I have been treated with the utmost respect and care from the staff. The grounds are always kept beautiful with precise care. My question is our we allowed to visit and can we bring our own flag for the veterans who sacrificed their lives, my dad and my dear cousin?

Beautiful, well-kept cemetery! Enjoyable to walk, which is dog friendly. Spacious and clean!

The Seahorse is saddened by cemeteries but, this one is quite nice. Seahorse approves
