I purchased a 2011 Saab 9-3 on 12/19/23 from Alex of Redline Auto Sales of Weymouth. Alex, the son's owner wrote in the sales contract '30 days engine and transmission guaranteed'. Unfortunately the Saab engine suffered an issue and had to be towed from Medford, MA to Londonderry, NH. I contacted Alex regarding the issue and he asked me to call him back on the following Monday to work out a plan. I expected the worst; being stuck with a broken down vehicle. However Alex stuck to his promise and contacted me. The car is repaired and is working fine. I would have preferred not to tow the car to his Weymouth shop since it is a 1.5hr drive but Alex & Redline Auto Sales kept true to their word and completed the repair. Thanks Alex.

Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to buy a car. I have had mine for almost 4-5 months and I had 0 problems. The guy and his dad made sure the car was clean! Great dealership!

Bought my 2014 Audi Q5 From Redline Auto Sales. Owner was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. They registered and inspected my vehicle. I’m very satisfied with them and highly recommend them for anybody who is in the market for Audis or Volkswagens. Very friendly place.

Great service

My 16 year old son bought a car from here. Had the vehicle 2 weeks and the engine seized up. Now Fabianea blocked my son and I from Facebook Messenger. Will not call back or help to rectify the problem. So, since MA has this great law called the Lemon Law I will now be forced to start proceedings. I recommend every to stay far away from this place. Until I see otherwise this place is a scam.
