Caswell Family Medical Center

I've been going to Caswell Family Practice for a few years. In the beginning everyone seemed nice and genuine, but lately I've not been satisfied. Hoping to speak with a higher up there and fix my problem so I can continue to be seen there

I absolutely love this place. The staff is caring and very compassionate. Our provider Gina Collins is amazing not only with my healthcare but children’s as well. We had a scare with our oldest daughter and they got us in right away and followed up on our concerns. To make everything else better with this place her nurse Angela has always been so friendly and does everything she can to make our experiences amazing. Our family drives 45 minutes to see these ladies for our care and we would be completely lost without and are always there to answer any questions we may have. They also have a quick response when needing something or getting us worked in.

Sonya has always given amazing customer service!! She goes above and beyond for everyone who enters that building.

Compassion has been my primary care office for several years now, and I have never been disappointed. The medical staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and the front staff is top notch. Lindsey Strader and her nurse Michelle are wonderful providers, and I am happy with the care I receive from them.

I would recommend this place to anyone ! They are amazing! Gina Collins NP is me and my 10 year old sons PCP, she is very kind and understanding and listens to whatever you may have concerns about ! she stays on top of things and makes sure you have a good understanding of everything ! It makes a difference to have an AMAZING doctor especially when you have complicated issues ! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I felt taken care of ! When I need to call the office everyone is also super nice ! They also do late evening appointments so you can go after work and school !

My brother use to go there before going to Home care place . The staff and Dr Hunter was so nice to my brother. Making sure he was ok. Miss Sonia and the team in the front was great and friendly when making appointments.

This is a review about Dr. Margaret Martin and her nurse, Susan. My son has been seen by Dr. Martin since his birth, so for almost three months. He has significant medical complications that require more frequent appointments as well as collaboration with specialists in Chapel Hill. Dr. Martin has taken excellent care of my son. She has been thorough and focused in her care, and she has been compassionate and gentle. She has ten years of experience as a NICU nurse behind her, and was able to offer helpful, relevant, and practical advice about how to handle my son's medical needs. She also has taken care of my other older children and shown them the same excellent care. She has been an absolute Godsend to our family-- I cannot recommend her highly enough. I only wish we weren't moving across the country and could keep seeing her for the duration! Her nurse, Susan, also has taken fantastic care of our kids. Susan is attentive and careful and pleasant. Both Dr. Martin and Susan have been polite, cheerful, and warm, and have shown the highest level of professionalism in all our interactions, and there have been many!

My mother has been going here FOR over 20years, Comstock was her 1st dr. He was a REALLY great doctor. Now his replacement is super dr very caring FOR HIS patients. Ty dr for everything YOU DO for my mother (Carolyn Smithers)

The staff is professional and friendly. I and my 92 year old mother received our Covid19 injections last week. The nurses, Amy and Jane, followed all safety guidelines , the process took about 30 minutes. I am followed by Lindsey Strader, NP, she has always address my medical issues and follows up. All the staff deserve 5 Stars!

I’ve been very pleased with my treatment at the urgent care. Especially pleased that they trusted me about how to manage my chronic health conditions. The patient is their own best advocate and should be trusted. Thank you for listening to me. Very grateful!

I am absolutely heartbroken over Dr Martin leaving. She has been the best pediatric doctor I’ve ever seen. She took excellent care of my boys and was attentive and knowledgeable about everything. I would travel to keep her as their primary care. I love the staff also.

I visited today and received my first dose of the Covid-19 Vaccine. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they had me in and out quickly so I could get back to work. Katie was the nurse that administered my vaccine and I must say--excellent, I barely felt a thing!!!! Thank you CFMC!!!

We absolutely LOVE the staff at CFMC! We started coming to the practice with our newborn daughter and began seeing Dr. Martin. She is FANTASTIC! Both her and her nurse are amazing with kiddos (and us worried parents, too). They're so kind and caring! Our daughter needed blood work done, and even the phlebotomist was super nice! And in my experience, that is a rare gem to find!

It was their professionalism great bedside manner that made us start seeing Dr. Talbert for our own medical needs. My husband had a weird chest pain issue last year. After trips to the ER twice, and having seen multiple specialists, my husband got an appointment with Dr. Talbert. She worked to find a treatment that fixed his chest pain. She even researched his symptoms and called us after they were closed for the day to discuss his case further. Dr. Talbert is amazing, too, and we can't recommend her or CFMC enough!

I had been calling in my area for the covid shot. no one had the jnj. i contacted the health dept. and spoke to Lynn Foster. She was great, she answered the phone by the 3rd ring and set me up and appointment. she was very polite and answered all my question.
again im glad you have her on your staff she is personal and make one feel at ease.

If any one tells you they have rude staff their lying every one is always super friendly there and Dr. Martin is my sons pediatrician and we love her. My son absolutely adores her and she's so diligent about her job. I've seen some careless pediatricians in the past Dr. Martin isn't one of them. 5 stars, 10 if I could.

My husband and I received our COVID vaccine at the Yanceyville office today. The process was fast, the staff were friendly and professional, and the process took us less than 25 minutes from start to finish! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at the urgent care! Kristen Price was so nice and treated me as a normal patient and not someone that just may have covid! It was refreshing!!!

Professional, Courteous, clean environment. The continued growth, mobile van, new construction, great leadership, compassionate providers and dedicated staff have greatly enhanced Heath care for Caswell County and surrounding areas. The various team members I have worked with here have all been true professionals that care about their patients, each other and their community as a whole. It is exciting to see their growth out of Caswell County too.
