Food Lion

I visited your store Thursday. I recently hurt my foot and using crutches. Your employee, Thomas, was so sweet and helpful. He got me a scooter ready, put my crutches up for safe keeping while I shopped, and followed me to my vehicle to take the scooter back. All the other employees just looked at me and went their own way. He deserves to be recognized in some way.

Clean, small town food lion with good selection. No self check out.

Friendly staff. No self checkouts. All workers are doing their job.

My local store (for now). Cashiers are nice and friendly. If it's busy they're good about opening extra registers. Produce section is well stocked and maintained with a good variety, normally. Very helpful Assistant manager helped me when I locked my keys in my car- even though it was all the way over at the ATM across the parking lot! I slipped him a tip the next visit (and he tried to give it back). Staff interacts well with each other.

Food lion right now is my favorite place but prices for food is ridiculous

Convenient, people are very friendly and store is well stocked and cleaned and it's on my way home from chemo treatments.

Take my mom to get groceries for her little fridge at Caswell House. They are so friendly and stand there waiting to open their checkout for you. Absolutely love shopping here with her

My experience at Food Lion was a pleasant.I found what I went in for. However I don't like the fact that food lion is tracking me down via e-mail to ask me how was my visit. If using the Food lion card for discount cause me to lose my privacy you can keep the discount. Stop tracking me

Sometimes small stores are just plain out better than the big discount ones. I love that I can still get personal service if I need it. Or complain and look stupid on the other hand too. Their store brands outdo others hands down.

I moved to Florida 2 years ago and everytime I come home to n.c. I shop at Food Loin in Yanceyville. Tha staff are so friendly and always willing to assist you in any way all you have to do is ask. It's always nice to come home to friendly faces.

Wonderful selection despite the bucolic surroundings. Vegan and vegetarian options abound. Excellent selection of emergency dog food.

Great friendly staff. The only bathroom and lunch stop off of 86! Visit here everytime we're on that road because it's so clean and friendly
