Wonderful customer service. Was attentive polite and helpful. Explained each detail of the process of obtaining a storage and how the insurance works. I was very pleased with my service today and will recommend them to my family and friends if ever needed.

Sharon showed me different options in sizing for the units, (actually walked around and looked) went over the prices with me, took my concerns and situation and made it all work out! She is a great person to connect with and makes renting a unit go so smoothly. Pricing is what you expect. Definitely reserve online first then go into the office! Don’t think twice, just go 👍🏼

I went to inquire about a storage unit and was greeted with an open door and beautiful smile. The Manager on duty, Monica was an absolute pleasure! We sat down and discussed the various sizes and she was so knowledagable it was hard not to be impressed. She seemed to really care about me and why I needed storage. She took me down to look at the units and explained everything about renting a storage unit on the way there and back. She really covered everything! I ended up not needing the space, but I had to leave her a review and let CubeSmart know what an amazing asset they have not only with their property and it's location but with their people! If I ever need storage and I kind of hope I do I will be getting it here! I mean WOW! Truly WOW! You don't find people like this everyday! She's beautiful, smart, and funny! Go see Monica if you need a storage unit, she will help you with anything she can!

I, recently rented a storage unit at the CubeSmart in Mooresville NC. Had the best experience, by far. Staff (Monica) was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Every detail about the unit was explained very clearly. They even stayed late because we were a little behind getting there by 6PM but they waited for us and we were able to rent a unit that same day. I would recommend everyone to this location; you will be glad you did !

I have had many units in different states. I currently have 2 units here, one in VA. I don't care what prices other places may offer, I won't go anywhere else. Monica Turner will take care of any issue, no matter how big or small. Always going out of her way to make sure I am taken care of. Hands down best customer service. As long as she is there, I'll stay with cubeSmart.

The manager of the Mooresville location, Monica, has been absolutely wonderful and helpful since day 1!! she goes above and beyond and makes sure we are taken care of 110%. She has made our move to the area so much easier! We moved to Davidson and there are a ton of storage companies closer to our house, but we are keeping a storage unit in Mooresville solely because Monica has been so amazing. The units are clean and well kept. Couldn't have asked for a better storage company!

I would highly recommend this storage unit well above all others in the area. Aside from competitive pricing, the customer service is second to none. Monica was extremely helpful and professional. I will never choose another storage facility for customer service reasons alone.

While in the process of buying my house, I needed a place to store my things for two months. This was the best priced storage in the area. And on top of that, Monica was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely friendly and down to earth .

I am now in my third unit here and I wouldn't have my belongings any other place. I've been renting from Cubsmart in Mooresvillle for a few months now. The general manager Monica is an absolute delight to deal with. She has a great personality and is very knowledgable. I go in to make my payments just so I can chat with her for a few moments. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage. You rock Monica!!!

The people who work in the office are very accommodating and friendly. I had an issue with billing in which I was not informed of a rate increase , due to a system glitch, which was corrected with a credit for the next two months. I appreciated that they acknowledged the mistake.
