Dr. Drumond is the best! She has so much to give to her patients. She has been taking care of me for four years and for that I am very grateful. As for the nurses and medical assistants, they are terrific.

Every interaction, every visit I'm surrounded and helped by friendly and kind people including among the many Dr Kenney, Dr. Metzger, Dr. Drumond, Christine Bulman NP; they are all amazing!

Patricia Hidell helped me out so much over the phone when i was switching doctors and setting up appointments. Her patience and kindness really helped through the whole process and she was very informative!

Caring and attentive staff I’ve been here for 15 years I’ve always been helped with kindness all the way from urgent care to dr Mohammed for skin and dr eagles for muscles and dr alleyne as primary care.I’m always very comfortable and I could not be in better hands.

Dr Hjort is our pedi and he has been incredible for 4.5yrs. He listens, answers my concerns and questions respectfully in a way anyone could understand. He is very thorough, always has the answer, and I trust him completely. Every time we have seen another provider in the 4.5hrs for urgent care visits for my kids they have always been wonderful. I gladly drive from bourne to norwell when kingstons unavailable for these doctors! Today we saw Dr Cox and he was also exceptional, went above and beyond w his pt education, also thorough, and equally knowledgable and very personable. I am so glad both these doctors have stayed at the practice and Id follow them if they ever left.

Went in as a new patient for PCP and lab work. Everybody was very nice and informative. I usually don’t fill out reviews but seeking medical attention can easily become a negative experience. South Shore Medical carried a positive aura, from the receptionist, to the doctor and I think that deserves some recognition.

Great facility with caring doctors. My kids and my family have never had a problem getting in and being seen. They are even open on the weekends for urgent care. Very convenient for folks on the South Shore. I'm very grateful to have quality care close to home without the need to deal with Boston traffic and parking. Thank you.

As a member for 22 years, I have always had the best care possible. My PCP (22 years) is great, and every service I've had has been professional, timely and kind. I've never had a bad experience with any Doctor, Technician or Staff. I'm grateful for SSMC, it has always been a blessing for me.

I understand everyone has different experiences and maybe deal with different people than I do here but I think this place is wonderful. The nurses, doctors and receptionists are always very nice, professional and compassionate. I've been coming here for about 5 years now and have never
had any issues with the care I've been provided.

Unexpectedly, I was in the ER a week ago with a mystery medical condition. It was frightening! From the moment I walked in the door until I left the next evening, after being checked into the hospital, I was treated with the utmost care & respect. The staff here is highly trained, extremely caring & professional! They saved my life!!! Kudos to Drs Mohandes & Marcaccio who are highly skilled, exceptional physicians. Thank heavens they were there. Nurses Karen & Ashley took incredible care of me. They showed real concern & were very patient with my endless questions. Colin took care of me & Alfa in the hospital (she recently began working there) are incredible assets. Thank you, one & all! I hope I never have to return but, if I do, I know I’ll be in great hands.

Just got back from my appointment. I highly recommend Julia Vu. She is a great doctor very thorough and sincerely listens to my needs and concerns. Also the staff at the laboratory today was super .. Kelli young took my bloodwork and she made me feel as comfortable and at ease as possible. I am very impressed. ( posting this under my married name incase any of the staff sees this :) )

I am 100% satisfied with, and feel satisfied every time I go to South Shore medical for any reason, and have done so for year's. I Love my Internal Medical Person Susan Swords, she is the best in every way, treating me will all my needs and makes sure when I leave her office I feel no concerns, and know she has done her best to make me feel this way. She makes sure that I get help where ever I need it if it's not in her area of expert help so send me to where I need to go, and it is usually at South Shore medical with their team of Doctor's in most area's. I wouldn't change going here for any reason.

I am a patient of SSMC and transferred from another practice in the area. I am happy that finally I found a practice that is simply the best and responds back faster. I find the doctors , the nurses , and all staff to be knowledgeable, courteous , empathetic and there to help. I must also commend the management for running the operations in a flawless manner.

What I like the most is how SSMC is using modern technology and staff is also well versed with it. The option to contact and connect with your doctors are amazing , I do not have to be on phone for 20 minutes and I can simply book appointment using my chart, I can check in using the MyChart app and even pay my bills from there. It also reminds me of my appointments. It is simply the best.

I am impressed !!! Please keep on doing the good Job you are doing in serving the community.

Dr Julia Vu is a very caring doctor. She became my PCP after Covid hospitalization. Her care and that of Erica Moses was excellent.

My PCP is Dr. Allison Ledoux and I've been seeing her for a little over 2 years, when I moved to the South Shore. She is very compassionate, has attention to detail, does not make you feel rushed, and overall great bedside manner. I am so happy I found her as my PCP and I highly recommend.

I've been bringing my children to Dr. Chris Cox since my fourteen year old was a baby. Several years ago I moved about an hour away from the facility and have yet to be able to bring myself to switch to a practice closer to our home. The doctors and staff are so kind and accommodating.

My Primary Care physician, Dr Susan Swords, is a caring doctor who has much patience and actually listens to the patient. She has made excellent decisions about my health problems and recommended excellent specialists when needed. Her supporting staff exhibits the same caring attitude.

Dr. Christopher Cox is my kids doctor since my son was first born he's now 12. He sees my 2 daughter also he's goes above and beyond and is an amazing doctor. My kids live him. But even when I have an emergency visit and we don't get Dr. Cox we have ended up with some great doctors. Everyone is amazing we ♡ ssmc

Our whole family has been SSMC patients for over 45 years. They just get better and better over time, especially since opening the new Norwell building. They are totally professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. In Norwell, I rarely have to wait more than 3-5 minutes, which is miraculous. Urgent care and communication through MyChart are excellent. Linkage of medical records with SSH is very helpful.
