I emailed the dealership last Saturday morning and asked for an appointment at 12:30. Almost immediately, I received a very nice, inviting email from the General Manager, Sean Ternullo, confirming that time and informing me that I would be meeting with Carlos Amado. Shortly thereafter, Carlos texted me and asked me to text him when I was 5 minutes away. I did and Carlos greeted me outside the dealership as I pulled up to the door and escorted me inside. The truck I asked to see had already been moved from the outside to the inside showroom/working area. This was a very nice touch since it was cold outside and I could examine and view the truck in the warmth of the building. Carlos and I took it for a test ride. He was very informative during the whole ride, explaining all of the many features on the truck. We came back, sat down and after some very friendly and informative negotiations, settled on a fair price for the truck and a fair price for my trade in. Carlos and the whole team at Quirk Pre-Owned were wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. They made me feel as though I was the only customer there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car or truck.

Our salesman Scott was EXCELLENT! His work was very efficient. The cars he recommended was meeting our needs and desires. He explained a lot a things about those cars after we test drive. Scott was genuine and really helpful. Also, the manager Dave was a friendly guy. We bought a car we like from there, and we were very satisfied with their customer service.

My boyfriend found this car online, went to go look at it and Mike was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, laid back and friendly. Never hassled us once about buying the car.
I messaged him asking about a bow to surprise my boyfriend when we went and got the car, he said he didn’t but could do balloons (also fine) and when we showed up there was a bow on it, we’ve never had such a pleasure experience buying a car and dealing with a car sales man! Carlos, was great. Came into the dealership unsure about my credit and didn't think I was going to be approved. Carlos went above and beyond to instill my confidence that we will find a car to meet my needs. I found a car perfect for my needs and right in the price range I was comfortable with. I came into the dealership with the fear of being declined, and I am now walking out with a 2017 vehicle, with low mileage, and perfect for my needs. Great service :)

Mike was so great!! Had so much patience with my credit situation. So kind. Got me into a 2018 car. I would totally recommend anyone to go there if you want a car. It was over all a great experience. I went to Quirk Pre-Owned after visiting about four other dealerships and I will say that my experience at Quirk was the best by far, ever! I went in with a budget in mind and they found me the perfect car, actually even better than I was expecting-it's loaded! My credit is fair and they were able to find me a decent rate. Michael Green was fantastic and so were all the other office staff. They found me a great deal on insurance too! I tell all my friends about this place because they keep it real and its a stress-free no-hassle deal so I say go and see for yourself that I'm telling the truth!

I don't usually go the extra step and write reviews, but I had such a positive experience with our salesman, Bill Coleman, that I wanted to pass the word along. He was polite, soft spoken and honest about what inventory would fit our budget and needs. A total gentleman who listened as much as he spoke, I never felt pressured to purchase and the process went more quickly and smoothly than any other purchase or lease I can remember. Our 4x4 Escape is just what we needed. I like this dealership a lot, not just because I got a great deal (I think I did), but because Bill was exactly what I needed to be comfortable with the process. Kudos!

I bought my first car here on Saturday and my experience was absolutely amazing!
I had Mike as a salesman and I couldn't have been happier! Not only was he helpful but he talked to me like someone he knew, not just as another sale. He went above and beyond to help me through this stressful process. Derek also helped me with the extended warranty process and he was nothing but kind and caring as well. I loved all of the people there Quirk, they are all amazing at what they do and I will continue to go there!

I do not like buying cars, hate the process from start to finish. But today was different and actually a pleasant surprise. We went to Quirk after seeing a vehicle we were interested in on their website. Our salesman was Cy and it was easier to buy that car than I ever expected.

He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options, allowed us to make up our own minds without that unpleasant pressure, and made sure the paperwork for financing and registration were completed quickly and accurately. We look forward to many miles in our new (to us) car.

My fiance and I had 4 days after our car was totaled to find a new vehicle (under pretty strict budget constraints). Carlos worked with us to find what we needed, answered any questions we had, and was honest with us about what we could realistically purchase given our constraints. We appreciated his help, his answers to all of our questions, and how he took us step-by-step through shopping, financing, registering, and inspecting the vehicle. Very responsive customer service!

In short: The experience was great and I would highly recommend Quirk to anyone.

I went with my son, to look at a truck. He was looking for a standard pickup truck, which means we had been doing some travelling. We live in southern NH, and it was an hour & a half to get to Quirk to see this truck, but totally worth it. The price and the warranties that were on the vehicle made it completely worth the trip. When we got there, the truck was in better shape than I thought, detailing was great, the truck was clean and well prepared, and the salesman (Yvens) took our info and handed us the keys, no problem, off we went for a test drive. This is his first real big expense for my son, and thankfully the process was smooth. There were a few moments where I thought the payments might be more than he was comfortable with, but the sales staff really went the distance getting the price and the loan percentage to a place that made the payments comfortable. The salesman even went the extra mile for us and drove the car up to NH for a dropoff so my son wouldn't have to drive 3 hours the next day to deal with getting it and paperwork and such. Really great experience, really great people.

Recently visited quirk to upgrade from a 2-door coupe to a safer car for myself and my infant. My credit is less then stellar due to a separation and mortgage problems. The salesman, Mike, was honest and knowledgeable. He was able to guide me toward vehicles that were in my budget WITH my desired specifications, without pressuring me to purchase. He said many times "You want to enjoy your vehicle when you get in it everyday". The Finance specialist was very helpful, he was able to get my loan approved despite my credit issues. I would recommend QUIRK to any and all friends and family members. I also got great value for my trade!!

We are very excited to be picking up our new mommy car!!! David Nap has been absolutely amazing working with us and our tough budget and credit but he made it work!!! Matthew Bille was great! We arrived at the dealer and he greeted us and listened to our questions and our concerns. We talked for a little while and test drove the vehicle. For not having much experience with Chevy Impalas he did a great job, knowing every detail!
