My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly in the summer of 2021. We put three offers on three different houses and wound up with the perfect place for us. The neighborhood is perfect and the house is spacious, comfortable and full of character—everything we needed and wanted for our little family.

Unfortunately, we hit several snags regarding funding because of an electrical tower on the property. But Kimberly, using her savvy, was able to mediate for us with the seller to find out who their mortgage broker was. From there, funding came through and we were able to close on our first house in record time.

Kimberly's extroversion is truly one of her super powers. She immediately made my husband and me comfortable and communicated with us regularly to make sure we were well taken care of.

Kimberly, although going through an incredibly difficult family crisis, made herself available to show us whatever properties we wanted to see, working around my husband's work schedule. She also kept us informed of what to expect with the progression of the seemingly neverending process. Being first time homebuyers, we had no clue how in-depth the paperwork would be. So having her to guide us through and make sure everything was complete and in order made things much less overwhelming.

Kimberly Watkins recently worked with my father and myself to find my father a new home. We started the process in February 2022 and closed on a house the 28th of April. In this time period Kimberly was on top of not only finding homes within my father budget and needs but also incredibly responsive in making sure we were able to get in and look at the homes. She was on top of of every aspect of every house and ultimately when we found the house we wanted to place a bid on she followed through on every aspect of the process from negotiating with the seller's agent to working with the lending institution my father had. Kimberly stuck with us right to closing and was even there with us on the day of closing to make sure every "I" was dotted and every "T" was crossed.

My wife and I met Kimberly Watkins when we put in an inquiry on a house. She came out to show us the property. We knew from that very first day that we wanted her to be our realtor, making us feel more like family rather than a paycheck. We utilized a VA loan which can be quite tricky if you are dealing with a realtor who dont have much experience working with the VA. My husband went through the VA to get our home. We elected to use who they provided for us which was Kimberly Watkins. She was with us right from the beginning to the very end. She showed us each home we wanted to look at, and several were done in one day. She even got us showings an hour or so after us asking. Had a great experience searching for homes with Kimberly the last couple months.
