Best Western Stateline Lodge

Best place ever nicest people ever breakfast was awesome. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Everything was just absolutely perfect. Price was reasonable too.

Last minute due to AC issues at my home, great customer services. The room was very clean and easy access in and out. The hotel is silent at night very comfortable last minute stay. Breakfast was really good! Very clean break room. Will definitely be going back if I ever need a room again.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and the rooms are always clean, the breakfast warm, and the staff friendly. Our most recent stay was over the busy holiday weekend, and I messed up my reservation! Even though the mistake was mine, and the frond desk was very busy, the staff did everything they could to make it right for us. We will definitely be back.

There's no reason this place should get bad reviews. Everyone does their job to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool worked, and the room didn't smell. The breakfast was outstanding for a continental. Lots of nearby places to eat. The hotel was easy to access & convenient.

The hotel is very affordable, after taxes I paid 111$ The hotel is right next to the casino, dollar general, 2 gas stations, and much more. I got a 2 queen bed room it came with coffee maker, good size refrigerator, microwave, TV, and table and chairs. The hotel also offers an indoor pool, fitness center, and full yummy breakfast. The lady that was working the front desk and making breakfast was so nice and pleasant to talk to. I wish I knew her name but alas I have forgotten it. In all I really enjoyed my stay here and will be back if I am ever back up this way.

Staff was awesome, Preston did a great job with eggs, my wife and I stayed 3 days and everyone including the house cleaning was awesome. I met Gary the owner he gave me towels to wipe down my Harley Davidson. You guys treat people right. My wife an I had a great stay traveling 3 states then coming back to rest. We will definitely stay again .plus it was quite no one screaming or slamming doors.

We stayed two nights and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of everything. My husband & I have stayed at this hotel many times and it wasn't as clean previously making me think they have new owners possibly. Wide variety at breakfast but it's typical hotel food so you have to base your expectations on that and stick with the waffle! It's delicious!!

More than I had expected. Older beds but toppers had been added, very comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was wonderful in the room perfect place where it was set up. The room was immaculate and spacious. Very quiet even being on the ground floor. All room accessible through the lobby inside or a locked door. Felt very secure and safe. Now the breakfast was less than desirable, powered eggs, biscuits like stretchy latex, gravy ok, just not much flavor, sausage like rubber links, but the waffles you make yourself were really good. Otherwise we had an awesome stay. Will be returning.

The lady who checked me in on Sunday evening was super nice and easy to talk to (which with people in general for me, especially as tired and hangry as I was, is not easy by any means).
The room was super nice, the AC worked better than a lot of places I've been to so far (including other BWs), the bathroom was huge (a plus when you're the size of an NFL lineman), and the shower water pressure & drainage was great. My only qualm was it's a decent little distance from shower to the toilet, and there's no place closer to set your towel for when you're done.

Overall, a pretty good experience.

(Oh also sidenote, if you're from out of town, Google the closest Domino's in Siloam Springs... They will deliver to the hotel.)

Rooms are clean, clean facility as well. The service is AMAZING! We are repeat customers simply for the service. Sean, Crystal and Kimberly have been SO phenomenal to my family and I that we make this our get away spot constantly because we know we will always be treated with the highest rep cut and importance. 5 stars based on those three alone, however the facility is great also. Pool is closed due to COVID but we get the jacuzzi room on our stays and it is very well maintained. Coffee is good. Location is nice

We had no specific plans for our travels so no reservations made. The staff was gracious and very accommodating. Very clean all around. Breakfast was great. Our only complaint was the pool was a little cold but that didn't stop us. Close to great places to eat but far enough away to be quiet.

Very good room. Clean quiet and a big jacuzzi. Quick easy check in and out. Nice clean inside pool. Breakfast was your average cheap hotel breakfast but the room was not cheap. Overall,a pretty good value.i had no complaints and i will stay there again next time I'm passing thru. I'll bring my pillows next time.

This place was way better than I expected. I'm a huge holiday Inn express kinda person but this place topped that and for a way lower cost! It felt like home away from home! Clean pool with an amazing breakfast selection! And great coffee which is hard to find

Been here a lot the last 6 months. The staff is very helpful and some go above and beyond to make the guests feel at home, comfortable, happy,which keeps them coming back time and time again. The staff is amazing and Crystal is the most amazing I absolutely love her.

We have stayed there many times and it was always clean the indoor pool is always spotless, the exercise room is small but I'm fat anyway

Car ended up breaking down and had to extend our stay. Staff was super understanding and accommodating! Rooms were fine, beds were great, breakfast every morning was lovely. Bonus: Indoor pool was a fun way to waste time waiting for a mechanic.

This is, hands down, one of the best kept, cleanest Best Western's that I have ever had the pleasure of staying. From friendly front desk staff to a very clean, well appointed room [even with some toiletries] and an HVAC system that worked very well. A very comfortable stay and nice bed. It's a good value for your money. Well done Best Western franchisee.
