Poor Girls Cafe

Has a separate section for smoking, thats cool not many of those left, food came out hot. We ordered a Philly cheese chicken and burger.

Was visiting Sulphur, OK and seen this place on our drive in. Looked at the reviews on goggle and knew we had to give it a try! Some of the best breakfast we have gotten from a restaurant in years. Small town feel, friendly staff, big portions of food, fast service and a great price! Pancakes are huge, I dare you to order a short stack 🥞🫣

My wife and stopped in for breakfast. The smoking area was a nice surprise. The food was really good and fresh. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. It was overall a great experience. Not sure why all the negative reviews. We did not smell smoke in main area at all. Didn't even know smoking was allowed until my wife spotted ashtrays on tables is separate room. We will definitely eat here again next time we are in the area. Thank you for the great food and service. Keep up the good work.

We stopped here for breakfast on our way out from a weekend camping trip at the Chickasaw National Park. Their home cooking label is accurate. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. You need to try the cinnamon roll. We hope to try them for lunch or finner next time we are in town. Their prices are very affordable as well.

We were visiting from OKC and my husband is very picky. He loved their catfish saying “This is so light, I just love it!” and my baked potato was just enough for my appetite. Great staff and a separate smoking room. Everything was wonderful.

It's a tradition in my family that when we visit Sulphur, Poor Girl's is a MUST as we're on our way out of town and back home. I've never had a bad experience here and everyone is so polite. The prices are very affordable (which solidifies the name) and you're guaranteed to have a nice home-cooked meal type of experience.

Just went in for a quick coffee (which is so hard to find in this town!) and the ladies were super nice about it. Even offered it for free to us! I passed on a lucky 2 dollar bill for their generosity.

More food then you can eat. And all of it taste great. Have been twice and will for sure be going back alot more. Prices are very reasonable

A lot of my childhood I grew up eating and poor girls Cafe. Love the food. Amazing people and lovely town. Grew up in Sulphur poor girls Cafe is definitely a staple of the town.

Loved this place. The food was excellent. The service was great, and the staff was very helpful. We were in town camping and were looking for a laundromat to dry our clothes cause everything got rained on. They helped us find it and a smoke shop. Very pleasant atomosphere, we felt right at home.

Fast & friendly service, went for breakfast, kids got the 1x 1x 1x1 and husband got catfish. No fuss food but actually decent pancakes considering I normally only like my own homemade. Was worried when I heard about the smoking room, cause I don't smoke and don't like to smell it at all. But didn't see it or smell it.

My husband and I went for a late breakfast. Food was home style cooking! Very good! Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Came by after our hike & so glad we did. Food was really good! I had the “small” chicken fried steak & it was just the right size. It was hand breaded & the best chicken fry that I’ve had in a long time! The homemade rolls were amazing! We will definitely be back!
