Chickasaw Visitor Center

Another great NPS park, very nice place with lots of information, a bit crowed with the locals using the swimming holes. Some of the park was closed due to a recent tornado but still plenty of other trails to walk.

This visitor center is amazing! There is an accessible ramp outside and an elevator available inside. There is complimentary water and coffee, clean bathrooms, a gift shop, and SO many free brochures on places to see, stay, & eat in sulphur as well as other places in Oklahoma. There is also a nice couch and lounge area where you can look at all of your brochures.

I would go back just to see the friendly lady behind the counter. So sweet. We enjoyed the time there so much. The displays are lovely, informative and helpful.
It is a must see.

Great place to visit when it is so hot outside. Water is so cold. Plus you can drink from some of the springs. Check with the park service to ensure safety.
Nature center has great displays and love animal exhibits. Glad the first nations were able to protect their land's heritage for generations to come.

There are beautiful scenes like lakes, springs, natural vegetation, wild lives, water falls, and many more. Visiting the natural recreation area and parking are free of charge except for camping. There are restrooms and garbage boxes everywhere and the tree shades are so amazing. There are also play and swimming areas for kids and adults. There is even a workout facility around Veteran Lake. There is Bison preservation area where tourists can see them.

A beautiful green facility. The staff are very nice. Great place to get a cup of coffee or use the restroom. Amazing finds in their gift shop.

It's too good a visitor center for such a midiocre national park. They also have a nice art gallery.

I found decent coffees for free at the state and NPS visitor centers in Oklahoma. Is it just the Oklahoma thing?

Turned in a blue herringflight feather to the visiting center they were very happy to get it and very happy a white boy turned it in

By making this your 1st stop it opens your eyes to many other possibilities in the area.
Stopped here as we came into town. Son & I have a camp site reserved at Chickasaw campground. We were met by a very friendly & knowledgeable staff who answered all our questions. We were able to add some extras things to our visit. Nice displays, very well set up. Great maps
Nice gift shop.

Place is great. Located away from the city and on top of a hill. The gym is actually very nice for a hotel, plus an inside walking trail. Lounge and restaurant are decent. The bed in the room was a bit hard but overall, really enjoyed the experience.

Worth a stop for information and clean bathrooms. A good place to start is you have never been to Chickasaw.

Very nice Visiting Center, everyone that was working was so friendly. Went there to pick up some artwork, and they wrapped them very nice so they wouldn't be damaged to bring them back to Tiger Art Gallery. Mvto..
