Silverlake HOA ( Residents ) Community Park and Playground

This park is so awesome!! It has a great smaller kid section and older kid section.y toddlers request to come to this park at least weekly. The flooring on the play ground is made of shredded tires so do not wear nice white shoes here. They WILL get dirty lol. There are water fountains for adults, older kids and even dogs. There is a small splash pad which we cannot wait to try next summer!

There are several bucket swings and a seated swing for those with disabilities. There is plenty of shaded seating under the pavilion as well as benches around the playground.

Great playground, well maintained.
People really take care of it.

Great splash pad to take your kids for the summer. There's also a playground next to it.

This is hands down the best park in West Pearland. It has two large play areas and a splash park that are general access in addition to a pool for neighborhood members. The play areas are partially shaded, there are many benches and even covered picnic tables, and a large open area for frisbee or call games. The pool has some cool features in the kiddos area even. It is pretty heavily utilized, so my kids almost always make new friends while they are there. It also has a water fountain with a spigot for pets.

Very nice! I love the rubber chips around the play areas! Two areas for different age groups. Open areas for older kids to play catch, and other outdoor games!

This is an exemplary park for kids and adults- exceptional playground, pool, kids water park, tennis courts and a club house!!!

Im saddened that my expensive HOA fees are called into question of why - meritage at massey lakes doesnt have even one- tenth of this type of recreation for its community.

Plenty for the kids to do. Big, modern playground, water playground and covered picnic area. Overall very nice!

Awesome park for kids. I really wish they had a public bathroom accessible to the public outside of the pool area.

My daughter loves this water park. And because the water is constantly moving the water is nice and cold! Wich is awesome. On a HOTT DAYa

Great playground. Plenty of equipment for all ages. Picnic area and benches.

A fun place for the kids to play, cool down while parents relax or let their inner child come out and play too.

It is amazing and does not have trash lying everywhere like some other.places.
