Awesome people. Friendly and very good competent people. One young Lady by the name of Grace Kelly stood out, because when I was having a down day, she was willing to listen and give encouragement. I highly recommend this place. There is truly love in this place. My arm has gotten much better, and I am able to do my activities I love doing. If I ever need anymore physical therapy, I will reach back out to Carolina Physical Therapy in Sumter.

Carolina Physical Therapy is the best. This is my third time coming in for treatments, and at all times, the experience has been great. Shawna and Laurie are great. They are professional and answer all your questions, and explain what and why they are using a specific technique.
I leave there feeling l have been taken care of.

As a first time patient I was blown away by how friendly and personable each staff member was with other patients. While waiting for my appointment time I felt really happy that I landed at Carolina Physical Therapy and look forward to receiving treatment with such outstanding individuals!

Jordain and Kim are amazing!!! I came for past injuries and weakness in my right knee. They are beyond friendly and don’t mind a “little” complaining. They are always so positive and encouraging. Mrs. Sherrie is such a warm spirit as well. All these ladies I have encountered are so welcoming. Amazing establishment!!

I absolutely love this PT set up. It’s an open space and they have private rooms as well. I was referred here for pelvic floor therapy early in my pregnancy and now I have stay throughout my whole pregnancy. Carrie is WONDERFUL and makes you feel safe and taken care of in a sometimes vulnerable position that this care requires. I come in with my 1 year old and sherry the rehab aid keeps her active and out of the way while I’m getting my care done. Every staffer here is so friendly and caring during our appointments. The atmosphere here is top notch. I would argue you won’t find better care.

Had a wonderful experience with Carrie and all the staff. All of them were so friendly and courteous making for a relaxing, positive atmosphere. Carrie really helped me to get to where I wanted to be with my PT, I’d come back to work with her in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!

Jordan is a very great person. She works with the patients well. If I will recommend it will be this therapy. Everyone is nice smile n will talk with you.

I am so grateful for the help I received at Carolina Physical Therapy and Rehab. I am 45 years old and normally very active with family and friends but had been dealing with TMJ and sciatic nerve pain for a while and had started wondering if I’d ever feel good again. I referred myself for PT and Luke came up with a great plan. He (and later Stacy) helped me twice weekly for about 5 weeks. I feel so much better now and am active again and continuing with my exercises at home bc they work so well. Many thanks!!

This place is a treat. Karie(spell check) and Jordan are both amazing. They probably deserve a raise or something like that :) Sherry is awesome too. Lori takes the time to ask how you are even if you arn’t assigned to her. Jeanae at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. They care about you as a person and want you to succeed. As with any journey your results equal your effort put in, give them your effort and they will give you results! 👍🏼

I went here for pelvic floor therapy, about 1 year after a cesarean. I completed almost all my sessions with Carrie, the only one at the time certified for pelvic floor therapy. I can say that after completing a few months of therapy, I haven't experienced pelvic pain in weeks and my scar has smoothed out more, less red and tender. So grateful for the care I received, even if she had me breaking a sweat the last few weeks! I will miss my time there. Thank you.

I had a great experience here. Came in with so much shoulder pain it was affecting everything from my daily work to even sometimes how I slept at night, and a few months later I left feeling like a new person pain free. My therapist did a great job of challenging me and changing things up as I progressed but also took feedback and was careful not to over do it. You can tell Luke is highly educated in his specialty and he really cares about the patients - that was apparent not just in my own interactions as a patient but can also be seen with how he treats everyone in the clinic. The whole staff is super friendly and works well together. Thank you Carolina PT for amazing service!

I was referred to Carolina Physical Therapy after having hip surgery, and I must say Luke, and Danielle really worked with me, and got me off of that cane, and for that I'm grateful!! I appreciate the help from the staff as a whole, even down to the smiling faces at the front desk, always friendly and happy. Carolina PT has a very knowledgeable and helpful staff, I would definitely recommend then to anyone seeking PT, you won't regret it........ I didn't.

Carolina Physical Therapy is the best for my Therapy needs. I've been going on and off since 2019 and Carrie Cheung my therapist has worked with me everytime. Carrie treats all her patients with respect and care, she gives me personalized attention and I consider her an asset to the company. I 💞 the way the staff works together and help each other out, especially Erin and Sherri they both are great.

Carrie is the best! All of the Carolina PT staff were great and I actually enjoyed my time there despite the circumstances. I was almost a little sad when it was time for me to be released. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
