I would give zero stars if I could.

I spoke with a clerk on the phone to ask a couple of basic questions regarding a ticket. I was treated rudely, with zero respect from her. I was nothing but polite and articulate. Where else am I supposed to ask? (Also, apparently her answer to my question was 100% wrong.)

Then, in addition to the sub-par treatment from staff, the clerks failed to add a fine to my file during my actual court date. Meaning: after my court was said and done, they THEN decided to say "Oops, we messed up. We need to add another fine." Seriously? Is this even legal?

We the people deserve to have trust in our justice systems. This establishment has created distrust.

This court should be investigated for judicial misconduct.

I called to ask for help with something that my rights clearly states I have the right to do. The lady on the phone was rude and hung up on me because I just was trying to ask for help for what I need done! Murray county courthouse has some very rude workers.

terrible customer service , they never answer the phone even if they clearly work in a office all day .

Workers will patronize you and make you feel stupid for asking basic questions.
