El Pueblito Mexican Grill

Today was the first time we have eaten here, but we were not disappointed! The reviews all said the food was good and possibly the best in Calhoun. I would agree that the food is really good. Though I have never ate Mexican anywhere else in the area, I am sure this cute little place ranks up there with the best of the best!!!!

If you are looking for a great place to enjoy some authentic Mexican cuisine, this place is for you!!!!

We went there for dinner with our friends Steve and Angie on Saturday. We all got panchita. Steve and Angie's first time trying. it was delicious they really enjoyed it. If you haven't tried it you need to!

It's the most wonderful authentic food! I could eat there everyday! Always great service, great atmosphere!

I’ve been here 4 times now. The food comes fast and the drinks and service are great! They make the best and don’t just give you a bunch of ice! You’ll love it and you’ll want to go back! Thanks for authentic Mexican!

Food was great. Got a great portion size on my soft tacos.

I had take out. The chicken soup is great as well as taco salad.

This place is def in the top 5 restaraunts for Calhoun. For to-go orders, you def get your money's worth!!! And the food is cooked thoroughly every time!!!

The food was fresh and good and the service was wonderful. I went a little after the lunch hour and was alone. I didn't get treated any differently.

The food is amazing here, and the portions are very in line with the price. We don't dine in as often as we used to, because we spent too much money when we sat down! The strawberry margarita was delicious and a good price. I have tried about 1/4 of the menu between me and picking off of my husband's plate. No complaints so far.

Is by far one of my favorite places we've eaten at. We moved here a year ago and didn't know this was even here til maybe 3 months ago we went a couple weeks ago and we can't wait to go back! Food was sooo good you def need to try it out

We're always looking for a quick place to have lunch. El Pueblito is quick and reasonably priced. And really nice waitstaff!!

Thin chips and the chicken chimichanga was perfect! Last minute decision to swing in for a late lunch and it was totally worth it. Service was quick and the waitress kept our drinks full and even offered to top our chips off. Lots of Mexican restaurant options in Calhoun, but this is definitely a top contender.

This is my go to whenever I’m in Calhoun! My favorite order is the chicken marcianas. It’s a delicious chicken, rice, onion, and green pepper mix over a skillet. Great chips, salsa, and Queso too. Highly recommend!

Ps the deals on beer are phenomenal too

Love this place. The Texas Rice is absolutely the best here. Served piping hot and very cheesy. It's in special alot too. Just wish they would give you a bottle of salsa for pouring your own refill. That one shallow dish lasts me about 5 minutes! Have to flag down the server as they're not even ready to check on you yet that early.

I think they are the best Mexican food in town. Theyre also around only 6 bucks for lunch which is hard to beat unless you're a value menu type. Enjoy their wide variety of special plates, and my favorite is the El Mazatlan for dinner!
