McDonald's

They're a little slow at night since it's a skeleton crew but they do a great job overall. Hard to get some food at night that doesn't taste like reheated trash anymore. The gentelman working the drivethru at night is pleaseant to deal with and the food is always fresh. The customer service has turned me into a regular there.

Always a dependable location and the staff are to match. But be careful when you order on the app. Sometimes the app doesn't properly pick this location when you place an order.

We did grab throws so atmosphere does not apply. Food was delicious and prepared properly, Food was still warm and delicious.

We stopped on our way from Fl to Mi with 4 thirsty horses. I asked if they had a hose outside to get them water. The sweet Manager had 3 team members bring out 4 of our buckets full of water. Great crew!!! Many thanks!

It was drive thru mostly but they could use better training with the help on PR skills

I placed a huge mobile order this past Saturday. The manager was absolutely amazing and more than accommodating. The food was hot, fresh, and ready within minutes. I can not say enough good things about this McDonalds and their staff!

Great food, may not be the healthiest option but it sure is tasty!

I was here on 5/22/2023 around 1 p.m.
Easy access from I-75, plenty of parking (even for 18 wheelers).

Not going to lie, I used to really dislike this location, BUT, I gave them another chance and since then I've been stopping here for supper or lunch occasionally if we don't wanna cook. Food is ALWAYS fresh and the people are very friendly. Not sure what happened , but the management got it foing on there now. Line moves faster, food is ALWAYS fresh, accuracy is a 100 now, and presentation of the workers are very clean now. Good job McDonald's on Hwy20 Near Cartersville. 👏

The restaurant was packed and busy for early morning breakfast crowd but the staff was quick with the orders. This is a good clean friendly place to stop. Easy off and on to North and south bound I-75

The restaurant was clean and very well kept. Customer service is top notch. Food was cooked perfect and made just the way I wanted it.

They were very friendly. They brought my food to my table and took it for me when i was done. They have fresh flowers on the tables. The coffe was super fresh.They do not have the kiosks which is great. The place is clean. One of the best McDonald's I've been to in a while.

I’ve literally never written a review for somewhere before, and I never thought I would for McDonald’s, but this is the BEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I know how that sounds. I was on a trip from Atlanta to Nashville and just stopped to use the restroom and get a drink. The restaurant was insanely clean and nice. Then the manager took my order and he was the nicest person I’ve ever spoken to at a McDonald’s. You can tell he treats his employees well, they all seemed happy to be at work (AT A MCDONALDS?). Anyway, I mean it’s a McDonald’s, so like, expect McDonald’s, but like s Tier McDonald’s.

The bathrooms were super clean for a McDonald's off a interstate. For the area this is a well kept fast food place. Just need more vegeterian options in general but nothing locations can control.

In a day and age where customer service is greatly needed but rarely found....we had an amazing young man at the counter who smiled and welcomed us warmly (5:35pm on 6/30), took our order and then offered our daughter a couple of minion stickers. He was polite..and not just us, but every customer. He should help with training other employees everywhere!!! I didn't catch his name but he had short braids and was probably 16-20.
