Candlewood Suites Pearland, an IHG Hotel

I have traveled a lot. I have stayed in fancy places and not so great places. However this stay was great. For the price, I got exactly what I expected. It’s definitely nothing fancy but it was safe and quiet. The hallway and the room was a little outdated and definitely could use a facelift. However, at this price I was surprised, the bed was clean, bathroom was clean and it was comfortable. The front desk was the best customer service. I arrived late, but was still greeted warmly and was well taken care of. The place was clean and satisfactory. However the staff was what made my stay great. The woman at the front desk ( who did tell me her name but unfortunately I forgot) made me feel safe and welcome. Also the check out is at noon when most places it is at 11am.

The Room is set up like an apartment not a hotel, which I like. Everything is provided for you, silverware/dishes/paper towel/quality soap/Microwave, coffeemaker, everything. The two beds have good space, plenty for a family of 4. They have free laundry services and a weight room. The service is good but they need new hotel room key batteries, that's it. I would definitely stay here over somewhere else for the price.

We stay in hotels pretty frequently for work, and this stay has been one of the best. Very nice staff at the front desk. Everything looked and smelled clean. A little dated, sure, but that’s no big deal. The room was nice and spacious with a large bathroom. The shower was by far the best I’ve had in any hotel. Amazing water pressure that beats that of my own home. Bed was pretty comfy. I would have taken the pillows if I could have, it’s the first night I didn’t have neck pain while sleeping 😂
Lots of variety for snacks and drinks to purchase.

My siblings and I were at a church event for a couple of days and needed a cheap place to stay. This place was perfect. The rooms were huge and we really loved having a full sized fridge, as we brought some of our own meals. The staff were very nice and I was impressed with how clean the rooms were when we arrived.
There isn't daily room service or breakfast provided, which we knew ahead of time, but I thought I would mention it here.

We stayed at the hotel as mandatory evacuees from Hurricane Laura. I work in the hospitality industry, therefore I am very aware of industry standards. The service was excellent and attentive. The room was immaculate. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The grounds were so clean allowing us to enjoy some outdoor time. Our room was stocked with clean dishes and pots and pans. The refrigerator was so clean. I highly recommend.

Today was wonderful service in the front and they gave us an excellent room even the toilet paper and the tissue is first class loved it loved it bed was very comfortable also

Upon check in our family was greated with smiling faces and great customer service. We were put in a room that accommodated our family well until a larger room was available. Once the room we originally wanted was available we were able to switch immediately and quickly thanks to the helpful front desk staff. So far our stay has been more that accommodating and every employee has has great customer service skills and will help in any way possible. Thanks to Kat at the front desk and many others our stay has been easy and amazing. Thank you Kat for all of your help!

We stayed 3 days 2 nights. The room was clean..pet friendly and all the staff we encountered were friendly and willing to help. Always smiling. Aside needing a bigger parking lot..this is a great kitchenette to stay at for a really good price. We will be back

A very great place to stay. You get your own private kitchen which I liked the most about my stay. Everything smelled so fresh the bed sheets and the towels. Had a really great stay. The staff was very respectful and outgoing. I would like to thank the two front desk ladies for helping me to figure out my wifi they were very understand with my needs for help. If I were to visit Texas again this is the place I would reside in again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating and anything my family and I needed they took care of it immediately. They were beyond exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place.

It's very clean and the price is reasonable. The staff is very welcoming. Especially Summer, the girl who works at the front desk. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home when checking in to your room. She's extremely helpful and very polite

Awesome hotel. They clean really well once a week and even lend out items for cooking. Everyone's super nice and it's relaxed. However, i do highly recommend they increase the speed of the internet. The real review is 4.5, but i felt like i should be generous since they at least offer free laundry which is cool.

My company puts me up in hotels very frequently. My normal hotel on Houston was booked solid, so I was sent here. I hope the usual hotel is sold out next time, too. The room was large, clean, quiet. It has a stove, full fridge, and there are other appliances to borrow for free in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge for a hotel. All around, I enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Great service. Place needs to be updated. Remodeling should be done sooner than later. Water does not get hot like it should.
A full scale remodel would have this place looking really good.

Hidden gem for sure. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Huge rooms and house keeping answered quickly for extra towels.

The Candlewood Suites is a quiet, nice little hotel that was refreshing to come into. The lobby smelled great and the rooms were small, but not too small. Also I would have like for it to have a pool. Although, good place to stay.

A very nice, clean, modern and fully occupied hotel.. has everything you need during a stay.. the only negative side that I can mention is the relatively higher price compared to others in the area, location and keeping in mind that it is a low budget hotel...
