Comfort Suites Pearland - South Houston

Very clean & helpful friendly staff! Mrs. Tammy the front desk manager is a very genuinely nice woman from the beginning of me calling to make reservations & throughout our stay. She was very empathetic & always ensured we were safe & always made us feel welcomed! The housekeeping staff were very polite and clean thoroughly daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed Saturday with three kids. Every member of the staff was welcoming and top notch. All requests were met with a smile and great attitude. Service was exemplary. Breakfast was substantial and varied. The pool was clean. Room was nice enough. Great time.

This place is a gem!!! The rooms are beautiful (newly remodeled?), the place is clean and the staff is excellent! When I made the reservation, I mentioned we were celebrating my son's 16th birthday and the staff put us in an amazing 2-bedroom suite. My son was so excited! They even wished him a happy birthday the next day! Breakfast was pretty decent too. The pool area is cute and does the trick. I was so pleasantly surprised by everything in this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family of four stayed here for 2 and a half weeks after our home was struck by lightning. We were able to bring our dog as well. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the staff was just wonderful!!
They went above and beyond making us feel at home during this stressful time. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. There are laundry facilities and ice machines on each floor. Hotel is within short walking distance to restaurants.
This is a great place and we highly recommend it!

Had an amazing extended stay. Came with a work crew and the place was spotless clean. We stayed for a whole week and house keepers were excellent in their performance and they were kind and sweet ladies. The rooms were clean and comfortable every day we were there. I travel a lot for work and stay at many choice reward brand hotels, this comfort inn is the best one I've stayed in yet and has set the standard for how the rest of the comfort inn suites should be. 10/10 will stay again when working in the area.

Clean, organized and all that one might need is there ready to be used.Most people forget it is commodity to stay in placed like as such, yeah we pay but no one forcing is anyone to do so some people here expecting to have their own little dream occupancy

We came into town last minute and needed a hotel asap at noon because we had a 1 yr old that was done with the car. We stopped at 2 other hotels nearby and they wouldn't consider checking is in early. Comfort Suites didn't hesitate and checked us in quickly and the front desk girl was sweet and helpful. The room was big for our daughter to run around in, the room was very clean, housekeeping is nice and the breakfast was good. All in all it was a great stay and I will be returning again.

I love the satisfactory of this hotel I'm still stumped on how its not packed. Every single day they change the bed spread, the give us divine breakfast from 6:00am-9:30am. Plus the pool which is open at 9:00am-10:00 pm was divine to swim in I would not advise kids under 6 go in the pool. But besides that I love this place! Please help them! Thanks!!!!

Couldn't have been happier with our stay here. All the staff I dealt with from arrival to departure were wonderful. (Erin, Janice, Hector, Susy, Manny-Gen. Man.) Everything was clean and fresh, no lingering smells or odors. Beds were comfortable. Any issues that we had were taken care of very quickly, 5-10 min. at the most. I will stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone who is in that area.

My husband and I were there the last four days visiting my ill father. From day one to the very last moment, the lady that ran the place during the days, was extremely kind and overly helpful. Staff was caring and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!

I was very impressed with the clean rooms, breakfast options, and friendliness of the staff. We had a two room suite that was perfect for our family of four. One TV in each room, couch in the living room area, desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and toiletries are a few of the amenties offered. For the price, it was a great experience.

We stayed here for 2 weeks when our house was hit by lightning. Staff was very accommodating and amenities were great! Loved the breakfast too! I ate better there in the mornings than I do at home!

Booked last minute for a concert and this location made that possible! Simple, clean rooms. No wierd smells or sketchy stains!! Rates were great too. Only negative note would be to indicate thay they have some construction going on during the day (which might bother some), but it wasn't loud or anything, it just made using the elevator more interesting! I would gladly stay again and definitely reccomend.

Manager (Tammy) was exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our group of youth baseball players and their families, all week. Rest of staff also helpful. Facility clean and well managed. Highly recommend!

This place is not close to the city center of Houston but extremely comfortable and in a safe area. They didn't charge me much for my pet and the rooms were really clean. They also had directv which is a plus in my book.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast & great housekeeping services. Only thing we didn't like was how low we had to set the air-conditioning to cool our room & it was noisy (still wasn't a deal breaker) because we would stay there again.

Traveling around this country, I find much variability in handicap accessible facilities. Texas offers the greatest variability. In this case, the toilet wobbles , it is not attached the floor well. There is no shower/tub seat but there is a full size tub. The staff are most pleasant and helpful. I would stay again, even if I cannot bathe properly.

The people that worked there were very helpful and friendly. Some remodeling with new floors being added in the lobby but not an issue. The rooms were top notch. I would stay there again.

Had my daughter's baby shower there in the whole staff most awesome especially Miss Brenda she went over and Beyond
