This place always had something I needed and something I didn't know I needed. I'm going to miss this place and all my coupon savings. Best of luck to all the employees needing to find new employment.

I called last week with an issue and had the pleasure of speaking to the store manager Tony Smith. Not only did he solve our issue he went above and beyond. This is the BEST customer service I have ever received. BBB is incredibly lucky to have this outstanding employee. I am beyond wowed.. My son was looking for a new coffee maker, something simple that used k-cups and we found the perfect one at Bed Bath and Beyond...used a coupon and he got a great deal. Traci was very helpful and very fun to talk with. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and upbeat. Love shopping here!

I received a 20% off coupon for one item and I had previously purchased an item for $100 and it was a bit beyond the expiration date to go in and get the refund... They kindly waived the time frame as it was not excessive and happily they gave me $20+tax back😊

This store is always clean and organized and they are very helpful. It is well run as well. The other night the manager was cleaning the bathrooms and that says alot. Also they help you find coupons if they know one is available

Had a issue with a order pick up online called the store talked to a wonderfully nice lady named Diana she was nothing but helpful and nice did above and beyond to help me with my order pick up couldnt of asked for better customer service.
